Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Guys, come on, you need to give us the ability to go back to classic. This new look is atrocious.

The upgrade is moronic. You should not change for change's sake.

Several months ago, I had what I thought was the perfect opening screen for Yahoo!. Then you changed it. I hated it! I thought there was nothing you could do to make it worse, but doggone! you've done it! I'm going to have to switch to a different company!

We are merging all threads like this one here...
We know there will always be some pushback and wanting to go back, when a new design is launched. Unfortunately, there is no way back to the old version, very sorry! We know you won’t like our answer, but we’re just being honest and transparent.
But, we are looking for feedback on how we can improve this new version. We hope you’ll give the new experience a chance! -

I HATE this new version. If it continues like this, I'll be forced to close my account and switch to Gmail.

This is as if you're just shutting us down. Seriously...it is. There is NO possible way to change the size of the columns and who can read using < - > or ^ and down? It can't be done.
Can we get a real person/programmer to even read this? We are ALL disgusted.

I do not think the New Yahoo Mail is an improvement over the prior version. Although it is more colorful, there is TOO MUCH SPACE between each of the emails listed in the In Box. And there is no way to modify the amount of space. Suggest a future update includes the capability to modify the space between each listed email in the In Box and various sub-folders.

The new version is ugly and a tad dumb, I mean why should you have to scroll down to hit the send button? Why not put it at the top like it used to be? If you are replying to a long thread then you have to waste you time scrolling just to hit send... I also want to read the emails, not have some stupid preview that I have turned off show up incorrect stuff.
If it was not broken, why try to "fix" it? This is the ugliest and least user friendly email account I have now after decades using it. -

I completely agree with this user. I do not like it at all. Please return to the previous version. Same thing with Yahoo finance. Maybe there were good intentions, but it's not working. It's Yahoo, not me.

Recently while talking to two separate clients on separate occasions, both the clients and I agreed that we find gmail difficult and annoying.
I pay for Yahoo because I value it and I send as much as I can to my 3 yahoo accounts because I prefer it. Please don't make it like gmail.

I am another frustrated & unhappy customer. How to YOU decide what my priority emails are?!
I totally agree with all the comments, there are thousands of us! Many will not take the time or find their way here to leave feed back.
