Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    New Version View and navigation SUCKS! If I wanted a different look, I'd go to Gmail or whatever. This may be the final push for me to do so after 20+ years with Yahoo

    Go back to old version! New version is horrible. Why do you feel the need to change something that works just fine?

    Among the messages yahoo deleted were important information about an upcoming family gathering, events and meetings related to work, and an email from a long lost friend. This is really unacceptable. I will no longer delete anything but I don't think I can use yahoo much longer.

    I had deleted some notices from organizations and vendors but yahoo deleted EVERYTHING from those dates, not just the messages I didn't want. I had to go through the trash and very tediously pick out my personal messages and restore them to the inbox. Very time consuming and annoying. I guess this means I can't ever delete anything.

    I ageree wholeheartedly. I am going to try to see if my gmail a/c will let me do all the things my yahoo a/c USED to let me do but doesn't aanymore i.e. click between different e-mail providers (all were available on my yahoo page); access my documents folders to attach a document to an e-mail. The little paper clip and/or 'attach' icon are no longer available and I cannot send documents.Wht the h doesn't Yahoo ask their customers before switching instead f forcing us to spend hours to discover that they have made their e-mail worse?

    The new version is awful. I can't do anything with it. Please give us the option to go back to the old version

    Go back to the classic version, your new thing really sucks. New version is a bad idea with bad execution, simply terrible. Why did Yahoo go out of it's way to foul a good classic email program, simply a stupid concept.

    At the moment yahoo seems to be completely broken. Keeps running through messages over and over, I have no ability to stop them or find what I need. Seems to have disappeared messages which arrived in the last few days. I am freaked that I will lose important info

    I am not the type to leave feedback, but this Yahoo Mail update has resurrected me from 100 feet underground just so I could complain. That’s how bad it is.

    I have NEVER seen a worse and pointless software update. This is purely for "optics" with zero functionality. I highly doubt any user research was done before this horrible design was approved.

    No consideration for reading COMPLETELY UNECESSARY block on the right eating up my reading space? I h*te this update so much. My eyes physically hurt looking at my emails.

    I am highly disappointed. I’ve been an active user for over 15 years, and this has completely thrown me off. I’m struggling to scan through my emails.

    WHY FIX SOMETHING THAT ISN’T BROKEN? I AM SO HURT AND DISAPPOINTED

    I am looking for emails that arrived earlier today and in the last couple of days. They are gone, can't find them even when I do a search for the sender's name. This is serious.

    Rob Gelick is the General Manager of Yahoo Mail. Jim Lanzone is the CEO of Yahoo! Inc., the company that operates Yahoo Mail. I'd like to hear from these guys why the change, without regard to the subscribers who use yahoo mail. How do we contact these guys directly. Undoubtedly we are dealing here with employees who have some ulterior motive to change over to this new layout.

    I AGREE, I WANT OLD VERSION BACK TOO!!
    The first time it changed, I had an option to go back, then about a week later, there it was again and I have NO option to go back, WTH???

    Listen to your user; fire the idiot you hire from Google. Go back to the old version; much more user-friendly
