Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I don't like it when you make changes. I'm fine with the old version of Yahoo.

    the new format for Yahoo mail is appalling mess. The messages collapse and are hard to reply to and you cant see what you have written or replied to.

    WHY do you keep changing the email??? What was wrong with the previous version which was quicker and easier to naivigate. I've gave up on Yahoo, with all these changes that happen that make your site harder and take longer to navigate. Take a lesson from Gmail, something that is easy and quick to use. I'll be opening a email with them unless you can offer the previous version back....

    My yahoo email account has just changed to the 'new' version which I am very angry about as I wasn't asked. I hate it. I find it very hard to look at and navigate. I want the old version back. Very very poor customer service Yahoo, not happy

    i hate hate hate this new email. too much white space on the right. all the emails in my inbox are shaded grey, why i don't know. it's so unuser friendly. why are you trying to be like gmail? i hate gmail. go back to classic yahoo please! or at least allow me to!!

    Why the fek did you guys make it hard to distinguish between read and unread emails now? You gave them the exact same background? Literally doesn't make sense. The background should be black when read, so we know what is read and unread, AS IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN. Now we can barely see the difference if the text is bold or not because you gave the same background.

    And if we go back to the older version which looks correct, when looking at the emails, they are bright fking white blinding us when the outline area is dark mode.

    Do you guys just let people release stuff without actually looking at what they're doing? Because this is the best way for me to just drop this entirely and just go fully over to Google.

    Great business plan for you guys there.

    An idea would be to scrap this whole "new" Yahoo Mail. It's slow and there appears to be no real reason to make the switch to a new version from the old. The dividing up of mail types is completely useless. Especially when I can't even trust Yahoo to make correct determinations as to what mail is considered "primary".

    Currently, I have deleted messages that just show up back in my inbox for no reason. They were deleted days ago and now they're back. Also, for whatever reason right now, read mail is not marked as read. It just stays highlighted like it's never been opened.

    Annoying and useless.

    What ever you changed on the email is dead set hurting my eyes.

    It is harder to find the logo in my tabs.
    It is harder to tell which emails are unread.
    it is harder to see fields to write an email.
    It is already impossible to read emails with multiple replies and is now even harder as everything is less defined making it harder to see what can be collapsed etc etc.

    PLEASE change it back

    Unless I'm missing something, I cant see all the accounts held in the left panel, like before . . !
    Idea, yes, bring it back.

    New view is near unusable. Adds taking up way too much space. No easy route to adjust font size, so only a handfuul of emails in feed. ****** upgrade. More likely to use alternative

    This change happened suddenly for me. I am very angry. The new Yahoo email format is beyond awful. I use a 15" laptop and my open screen to look at emails is now 1 1/2" high. I can no longer easily move to folders as there is no way to have folders open. Now I need to scroll down through my many folders to drop an email in. Similarly, I need to scroll to open up a folder. Really???? you think this is an improvement. IT IS NOT!!! Maybe its time to transfer to Gmail.

    PLEASE give me the option to go back to the old version of yahoo mail, you have given me option on 2 other accounts, please give the option on ALL accounts
