Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Account list visible at the top left so can see if new mail in other yahoo accounts. With the new layout I have to click on the active account at the bottom left of the screen to open a menu which then shows my other yahoo accounts.

    I can read very well, and yet I have issues with the new theme because it's so small and characters so close to each other that it makes it painful to read.
    And I don't find any settings to modify this.

    I can only imagine a 60-year old (or above) person trying to read the webmail...

    the new layout is just wasting plenty of space. if i look at my mails i want to see my mails, not empty screen space.
    why would i want to see starred messages from years ago on the right hand side.

    add more theme or allow users to choose from their photos -email backgrounds are boring

    The RH box just takes up limited screen space. Make it optional.

    I'm pretty sure the new Y! Mail has extra padding between each row of my inbox that wasn't there on the old Y! Mail. Which means, at a glance, I see fewer emails than I used to. I like my inbox nice and dense so I'm not scrolling so much! This then gives scope to increase the size of my preview below the list, which is also a handy thing to have.

    When viewing emails as Group by Conversation, have the option to order the emails by the latest on top.

    I still don't like the new Yahoo mail. Please, please, please give me the "go back" option so I can enjoy classic Yahoo mail again. Thanks.

    Hi, I don't like the new inbox layout: the way it scrolls down is not smooth, the way each row looks like a bubble is slightly distracting, the text is not the focus, the background color. The background color used to be black for me, and it was easy to scroll and read through the subject lines of a bunch of messages--from my inbox--at a time. Either make it more customizable so I can adjust the setting so it matches the old lay out I had, or revert the whole look. The new one is not easy to use over desktop. In sum, the new look is visually clunky.

    please ditch the new look yahoomail and allow me to put it back to classic mode! The new version doesn't even work and allow me to log in using firefox (I have to use Chromium to use it now!) I mean how utterly stupid is this???

    Just put it back to how it was!

    to whom it may concern,

    I have encountered a technical issue in moving some inbox emails to one of the named folders (left side of the yahoomail screen); where the name of the sent folder overlaps with title of each email. Please advice the technical issue regarding "folder name- email title overlapping)!

    Please offer old yahoo basic mail. I have accessible issues and find this too complicated

    Here are some of the issues I have found since the new email change:
    Overall – all processes are SLOW.
    Composing/Writing email: You do not have a choice of fonts including making words italic, bold, etc
    Composing email: When beginning the email address, you cannot delete suggestions of who you wish to send the composed message.
    When reading an email and you delete it there are these issues:
    You have to scroll back to the top to delete it and after deleting, the next message does not automatically open, it goes back to the In Box.
    When you have an email open, you cannot get to the next email without going back to In Box.
    The method of saving pictures from an email is not user friendly.
    New messages do not automatically show up (they used to) but you get a message to refresh the screen instead.
    There is not a way to change your signature (nothing I have found in settings).
    When in Spam folder and you select all, it removes all on first page only – there is more room for the balance of page 2 messages. CONFUSING.
