Storage mandate feels like a scam
I've deleted literally every email, attachment, image, everything from my email. And it still shows me using 36 GB of storage. I literally have nothing but am using 'all of the allotted storage'. This feels like a scam to force people to pay for the larger (and still vastly smaller than it used to be) storage space.

Hi Max, as mentioned in the email and in the help pages, once you delete email, you still need to empty your Trash and Spam. Once you empty those folders, the storage number will decrease. Hope this helps!
