sort by sender
I can not "sort by sender". That choice does not appear in Preferences although the Help page indicates that it should.
I have a tremendous number of emails to go through and that would be very helpful. Thanks.

Hi Catherine, we do have Sort by Sender, but you need to disable Conversation view under your Settings. We cannot sort by sender when Conversation is turned on.. this was the same in the old version too. Once you disable Conversation view, you can certainly sort by sender with the sorting options above your Inbox.
