Delete doesn't delete
I have tried several times / several ways to delete emails and they don't delete. They never go away. I've tried resetting browser, deleting history, etc and they are still there after the pop up says deleted. I've concluded that you just want money from me to pay for the storage space.

This is not true, Greg and we are sorry you feel this way. It just means you're deleting way too many emails at one time. We recommend deleting fewer emails at a time. Then the backend won't be backlogged. Give that a try, please. Thanks.
