Report used space properly
I've deleted half my emails but my used space doesn't get any smaller.

HI Stephen, thanks for reaching out! This was mentioned in our email and help pages, but when you delete emails you still need to empty your trash and spam folders. Once those are emptied as well, your storage number will start to decrease. Hope this helps!
