I am unable to delete enough emails to create space. What can be done so that I can still receive emails?

Hi Amber, not sure we're following? What do you mean when you say "unable to delete enough emails?" Are you having trouble deleting? We do give you some help under Settings > Manage Storage. Also, make sure you empty your trash and spam folder to keep that number down. Last, if you cannot you will have to upgrade to a more Storage Plan, that way you can still send/receive email. Thanks.
