Unable to delete when an email is open. Why?
My email continues to fail when deleting a message? What can I do to fix this?

We haven't seen this reported by our Community and we can't seem to replicate. When we have an email open, and we click on the delete button, it works just fine. We recommend updating and refreshing your browser, even try a new browser to see if that might be the issue. Thanks.
