PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE grant the ability for the UI to allow me to select ALL the emails in a category when I select "select all". Right now it only lets me do 100 emails at a time, just the emails that are loaded onto the screen. I have tens of thousands of emails I want to delete at a time. doing 100 emails at a time is going to take forever!

For example, when I select "offers" tab there needs to be a "select all" selection that allows me to delete them ALL. When I do it now, I select one email, which allows the top selection check box to appear with a carrot that I click to expand that says "all", but it only selects 100 items. I can then scroll to the bottom, and it loads and selects another 100. Please let me actually select everything in that category.
