EMAIL PRINT BUTTON

THE EMAIL PRINT BUTTON IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. YOU HAVE TO SELECT THE 3 DOTS, PRINT BUTTON, AND ALL THAT SHOWS UP IS THE HEADDER OF THE EMAIL AND NOT THE SUBJECT OF THE EMAIL. IN ORDER TO PRINT THE ENTIRE EMAIL, YOU HAVE TO HIT CANCEL AND THEN PRINT AGAIN. THIS IS CRAZY AND YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO SELECT 5 DIFFERENT THINGS IN ORDER TO PRINT ONE DOCUMENT.

    The printing issue has been fixed! We do apologize for the inconvenience it caused, but it's now fixed. If you do see it again, please create a new thread. Thanks again for your patience!

    Fix the print issue that started about two weeks ago using the New Yahoo Mail in Microsoft Edge. When trying to print, it only prints the header (From, To, and Subject) and the body is blank/missing. Cookies and cache were cleared, extensions were disabled, and pop-ups/re-directs were allowed; however, the print issue persists. Google Chrome was also tried and the print issue was initially seen on the first pop-up window with a preview. After selecting Cancel, there was another pop-up window with a preview in the background that correctly showed the header and body. Using Edge and switching back to the Old Yahoo Mail, there is no print issue.

    Running in to routine error where the print function is not working properly and will only print the header of my emails. The first print preview will only show/print the subject and senders of my email. Only on chrome am I able to cancel out of the first preview and view the yahoo generated pop up and re-prompt the print function by clicking on the printer icon again, only then am I able to print the full body of my email. In all other browsers once I click out of the initial print preview the whole pop-up closes and I am not able to go further.

    I cannot print email now from the Yahoo email print button. It is blank and does not show the content of the email. Can you fix it please?

    How about fixing "contact us". it doesn't work at all and while your at it fix the printing problem for email. All I can print is the sender and receiver's email header, nothing else. BTW I used duckduckgo. Thanks.

    The print email function of the new windows desktop version of Yahoo Email is not working properly. When printing an email it does not print the body of the email.

    How about being able to print emails, it would be a good idea so I wouldn't have to forward the email to gmail to be able to print them. I have tried everything to print them, the only things that are printed are the title, who it's from, who it's going to and the date. Attachment icon and other icons at the bottom are also printed but no body of the message is printed. The problem lies with you.

    There is a major problem with the New Version of Yahoo Mail. When you go to print an email, the only thing that gets printed is the Subject line, the From line, the To line, and the Date line. The body does not print as well. I have tried numerous emails, several browers (all up to date), several different computers, and several accounts. All fail to print properly. I am a computer tech and this is a real problem. Printing still works fine on the older version but you really need to fix this bug on the New Version.

    Make the new Yahoo function as well as the old version that has been free for years and years.
    More specifically, today, I am informed that I must use the New Yahoo mail or otherwise pay for the version that has been free years and so switched to new and now I am for unable to print any emails. Only the header line and the summary, if I have it selected to show, will print, or save or download. The email body will not and cannot be displayed or printed, saved or downloaded. This does not happen on the old version (that you are now making customers pay for). You seem to be deteriorating your free product, it seems, so that customers now have to pay for something that works. Unfortunate...
    My print issue is with Edge Browser. Again, no problem with old yahoo version.

    Print feature does not work. Selecting print from the ... menu only shows the To, From and subject of an email. Trying to print from anywhere else prints the whole screen. This has been going for some time, and should be considered a critical problem to be fixed asap.

    When trying to print an email in the New Yahoo Mail, only the email header is visible, not the body of the email

    the body of the email will not print. I have tried multiple things: clearing cache, different browsers, etc. nothing. using edge but have tried chrome as well

    My idea is to be able to print my email messages from the print button. I have to click inside the message in order to print and it prints the entire page including the side bar. Old version did not have this problem.

    Printing

    For one week I cannot print the yahoo email content. Printer only prints the email addresses but no content. What happened?

    For some reason when I am trying to print my emails I am only getting the header area (from, to, subject) but not the body of the email. This start from October 1st

    When I try to print some emails all that prints is the top of page with emails and dates.
    This just started recently.
    What is the issue?

    Please when printing allow users to print doc on first attempt instead of just headers. Recently when I go to print a document, just the headers appear--and not the content of the email. Need to exit out and try print again--and then it works. This is a recent problem Please fix problem.
