Hi Paola, can we please have a bit more info? Can you please elaborate? Are you writing an email and it saves as a draft and when you go back it's gone? We can't try and replicate because we definitely need more steps, context. Thanks.

Why do emails written and ready to send, hit send and sometimes get an error "email cannot be saved as draft". The fully composed email no longer shows up anywhere---not in draft, not in sent, not in inbox. NOWHERE--as if it was never written. This has happened several times to important emails. They vanish without a trace. The former email never had this problem. This is an urgent issue.

when scrolling down thru mail, it keeps jumping back to top--over and over again. I need to find an email that was sent about 5 days ago--and as soon as I get into that range, yahoo mail jumps back up to the top (most current) all over again!!! This is stupid and annoying and it needs to stop doing that. No new email--just constantly jumping to top of list!

I have tried making a change multiple times--and not a single one was saved. I try again and had a typo, but that saved the first time and I cannot get rid of it!!! Just add a save button and stop this ****!

WHY IS YAHOO MAIL DISABLING THE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD FILES JUST BECAUSE USERS DO NOT WANT TO DOWNLOAD AS A ZIP FILE??? THIS SUCKS YAHOO!!! I HATE HANDLING ZIP FILES BECAUSE THEY ARE A HEADACHE!!! WHY DO YOU WANT TO FORCE USERS TO USE THE **** ZIP FILES???

stop screwing around with mail and this stupid ****** design. IT IS NOT IMPROVED!!!
when marking with a STAR, do not check the box automatically--this marks that important email FOR DELETION!!! If you don't go back and uncheck the box, it will be deleted when you are clearing unneeded emails. This is a really stupid feature that got added and unintentionally deletes important emails. Let users click the box and perform the needed functions. STOP THE AUTO CHECKMARK OF THE BOX!!! Just because it is STAR as important does not mean it is getting moved into a file. Yahoo is making more unnecessary work for their users--it is NOT HELPFUL
