email ads
We were just migrated from Xfinity email to Yahoo. Ads are showing up in our email which we do not want and want to delete. There does not appear to be a way to delete unless you pay a monthly fee to be ad-free. This is totally unacceptable. We do not want an inbox full of ads. We will quit Xfinity and yahoo if the only way to not have an inbox full of ads to pay a monthly fee.

Hi Kevin, yes we do have ads in our platforms, just like Comcast did! Ours is placed differently of course, but we both do have ads in our platforms. As you mentioned, we do offer an ad-free experience if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus, but of course its not mandatory or anything. We currently have no plans in removing our ads or Yahoo Mail Plus. Very sorry! We hope you still give us a chance. Thanks.
