Star Email option in Email List
At the moment, I have to open an email before I can star it, which is quite inconvenient. It would be much more efficient if users could star important emails directly from the email list view. I’m not sure why such a basic feature is so difficult to implement, but luckily your team starting to recognize how essential easy access to starred or important emails list is.

Yes, you can star an email without opening that email. Looking at your Inbox, just hover with your mouse on the right hand side and you'll see icons show up... one of them is the star icon. Thanks!
