Pinning Folders
As a user who filters emails to a forwarded recipient, I could ensure visibility of these emails if I could pin them to the top so I don't have to click into folders to stay on top of these emails.

Hi Alan, thank you for sharing your feedback! We tried the "pinning" feature a few years ago and unfortunately it has very low usage, therefore we decided to remove that feature. We will still share your feedback with the right team. Thank you!
