Dear Yahoo Support,

I am a long-time Yahoo Mail user and a paying customer who recently purchased additional storage space.

After recent changes to Yahoo Mail, the interface I had used for years has disappeared. The previous layout was much more comfortable, easier to read, and more suitable for my daily use.

The new interface is difficult for me to use, and I can no longer find the appearance options and themes that were previously available. I especially miss the ability to customize the look and feel of my mailbox.

I would like to know:

Is it possible to restore the previous interface on my account?
Are there additional appearance or theme options available that are no longer visible?
Can Yahoo provide an accessibility-friendly alternative for long-time users who prefer the previous design?

As a paying customer, I am very disappointed by this change and would appreciate your assistance.
