Keep the name associated with my email address from changing to an unknown name.
There appears to be a glitch in the new Yahoo Mail system. When I compose and send an email, everything looks normal at first. However, when I later check the message in my Sent folder, the name associated with my email address has changed to an unknown name.
I checked my account settings to verify that the display name had not been altered, and it still shows the correct name that I entered. Despite this, outgoing messages in my Sent folder continue to display an unfamiliar name attached to my email address.
I have searched through the Help section but have not been able to find any information that addresses this issue. Could you please explain why an unknown name is appearing with my email address and advise me on how to correct it?
