disappearing emails
WHY does yahoo keep deleting our emails. WE NEED THEM BACK. they are in our Inbox for a reason.

Hi Barbara, we definitely do not just delete emails, but seems like there might be a bug. Our Inbox is in categories, can you make sure you're looking at the All category as it defaults to Primary? Also, are your emails automatically going into the Trash? If so, that's a sign your account might have been compromised and we recommend changing your password and checking your Filters under Settings.
