Go back to the old format.
This new layout is terrible. It may look sleek but functionaly I don't like it. Why can't we use the old layout. Give us a choice.
I have been with yahoo mail for more than 30 years. I thinking if going to gmail.

The new Calendar colors of black letters on a deep blue background are hard to read. Not enough contrast! Please provide a lighter background or the capability for users to pick a background color for Calendar entries. The OLD color scheme was excellent!

When I try to scroll through my list of emails INBOX, a folder, etc. the scrolling drag or bar scrolling method, returns to the top of the list before I can get through more than ten emails.

I have used this calendar for over a decade and I really would love to continue using the classic view. The new background highlight for events makes the text hard to read. Please provide an option for continuing with the legacy style of calendar. Thank you!

When I see an email I receive in my inbox(ALL) I open it & look through it. But once I close it out, I'm taken a good ways down in my email list instead of staying at the top of my list. & I HATE that! I think I've looked through everything & then realize I have to scroll upa ways to get back up to the top, when I was at or near the very top of my list when I opened & looked in an email. But again, once I close that email out & I'm back in my email list, for some reason I'm a good ways down in my list. & I shouldn't be. I haven't gotten any new emails. I should be back in my email list from where I opened & close the email that I was looking at, which is usually right near or at the top of my email list. Can you PLEASE stop that from happening? Can you please make it so when you close an email out that you're looking at, it takes you back into your email list where the email is you were just looking at & closed out? All other email is like that. & again I HATE being taken a ways down in my list. I've already gone through those emails & do not need to see them again. I need to be back at/near the top so I can see if/when new emails come in.
Thank you! -

I have been using Yahoo Calendar for decades. The new colors absolutely suck, and are a huge step backward. Please either give me the option to revert to the old colors, or completely rethink your "upgrade." What the **** were you thinking???

I am 74 and have bad eyes. The brand new dark blue background for black type is impossible to read for me. I prefer that view. The "list" is o but not my favorite. I totally depend on this calendar. Thank you. Please add a no color choice or light color background. I have been using this free version for at least the last 20 years.

The new color scheme for the calendars is terrible. The darker, brighter colors make it difficult to read the appointment texts, and they look awful
Please go back to the nice pastel colors we used to have and which made reading the appointment texts easy -

I would like to be able to set colors and default view settings. Dark colors are hard to read and I have to change view to month view every time I leave the page, even when I stay logged in to Yahoo

It seems that yahoo just made a change to the calendar format adding a background. That dark green background makes the black text in the content of the calendar VERY hard to read - this is a step backwards! Change it back or create some contrast between text and background - either way, this change is not helpful at all.

I absolutely do not like the new color palette of the calendar. The colors are too dark which makes the events extremely difficult to read. I do not think it is user-friendly that there is no option at all to revert back to the previous pastel colors and that the user is unable to select from a palette to have colors of their choice. The pastel colors of the previous calendar version made it much easier to see the events. I reached out to the Help Chat line & was told it was not possible to return to the previous colors & to call the 1-800 number. I would call if there was any hope to change the calendar colors back but I also do not want to waste my time if this is impossible.

As a result of the latest Yahoo Mail update, my calendar colors were changed for all 6 of my calendars. To make it worse, I have no option available to change them back to what they were. The color of my main calendar was changed to a dark green, which is much harder to read than my previous colors of black lettering on a white background. I request that the function from the previous calendar version that was available prior to the update be returned. I would think that this should not involve any major work since the coding was in the calendar prior to the update. FYI, I changed back to the previous version prior to the update as suggested, and it still did not fix the calendar color issues.

improve scrolling capabilities: when trying to scroll through emails the list constantly jumps back to the top of the list. there is a SLIGHT improvement SOMETIMES if I use the scroll bar on the right side to try and go down the list. Has this problem been reported by others? It is so very frustrating and such a waste of time trying to navigate down the list!

Every time I delete a message or attempt to scroll down, the screen consistently moves back up to the top. There are so many ads that the screen glitches. Very frustrating.

Hi Vlastislav, thank you for your feedback. Yes, indeed. It is on our list to bring this back! We hope to have it available to our Community very soon. Thanks!

The old yahoo mail had 3 dots to resize inserted picture. The new email is missing the dots. Or is there anyway to resize a picture directly in the email? Can we have the 3 dots back?

This is perfect info so thank you for providing all this for us! Especially the browser and browser version. Then we can try and replicate. Can you by chance replicate this all the time? As in, can you send us a video of this happening? If you can, please send to oasis.mail.feedback@yahooinc.com. Thank you soooo much for your help!!

Bug.
It seems that when I am scrolling down my inbox, the screen will refresh and I'll find I'm back at my 'active' message in the inbox. It seems to happen if I mouse scroll and get close to the bottom of the inbox. It is super frustrating. My workaround is - as I am scrolling, I will select a message just to have it be 'active' while I continue scrolling down. Otherwise, I can never get to the 'bottom' of my inbox.
I am on a macbook. On Chrome (I'm on version 141.0.7390.108). Not the paid version of Yahoo mail.

The new navigation is very jumpy. If I scroll down in the messages, click and open a message and then use the back button to go back to the inbox window, the view jumps to the top (or some other random place). This is very frustrating as I then have to scroll back to where I was in the inbox. This did not happen in the old mail client. Please fix this as it makes this unusable.

when scrolling down thru mail, it keeps jumping back to top--over and over again. I need to find an email that was sent about 5 days ago--and as soon as I get into that range, yahoo mail jumps back up to the top (most current) all over again!!! This is stupid and annoying and it needs to stop doing that. No new email--just constantly jumping to top of list!
