I am writing to express my extreme frustration with a severe design flaw in Yahoo Mail.I accidentally deleted a draft, and your system completely wiped out my entire associated email chain. To make matters worse, the email trail is completely missing from my Trash, Spam, and Sent folders. It has vanished entirely. Because of this terrible workflow glitch, I had to completely redo all of my work from scratch.Furthermore, your "Restore Email" functionality is completely dysfunctional and failed to recover anything.Yahoo needs to step out of the Windows XP era and start operating like a modern, robust platform. There is a huge scope for improvement here. Your current workflow is incredibly weak, and the user interface looks ancient and outdated. Please fix this conversation view bug immediately so other users do not lose critical data.
