Welcome. How can we improve the New Yahoo Mail?

everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    All of these features your pushing as improvements need to have the ability to be turned off. I didn't like the last time you tried to change Yahoo mail and was happy when it went back to the old Yahoo mail. I'm sure some people will like these features but I see most of it as change for the sake of change and didn't see a need to fix something that was allowing me to do what I needed it to do already.

    Why don't you offer an old style email for us older folks that don't want change in systems EVERY YEAR!!!!!!!!!

    I prefer the old look. This one feels to compact. The ads take up too much space.

    How about yo just leave it alone? you keep "updating" things and its becoming annoying. Do you think people are becoming tired of having a map to tell them where to find things? I know I am "downgrading" to the light version specifically to avoid this

    My email does everything I need as it is. Please leave it alone, I don't need anything "updated" or made more complicated.

    FIrst of all I do not need yahoo to group emails together that I don't look at much. I would rather look at my emails individually and decide for myself if I need them or not . I really do not like the new format or changes you are making AT ALL and also using Cardi B as a promotion doesn't make it any better. She's an idiot and if that is the trash direction yahoo wants to go in well you got your point across. I have used my email for a very long time and I almost would not want to have to change it but really Yahoo is getting BAD. Between functions a person did not ask for and changing the format and having scum like Cardi B represented is enough to make someone reconsider using Yahoo. She's not talented. Not interesting. Not very intelligent and not convincing that I need more of her in my life.Now I see you have a COMING SOON! blip on there and I'm like oh great more **** I don't need while trying to maintain my email. If anything you should do something about the SPAM people receive on here.Sorry. I don't often like to complain but when I do something had to have prompted it. I would appreciate it if you would stop with these ridiculous changes. I didn't ask for them and don't need them. I can control my own inbox.

    If you all want to improven the yahoo email experience. Switch it back to classic. Nobody likes the new yahoo mail. It's extremely hard to navigate.

    If you force me to change from classic mail to the new layout, I will stop using Yahoo permanently for anything. I have had the same email address for over 20 years, please do not force me to use the much worse new look

    I am very unhappy that I cannot switch back to the Classic view for my Yahoo Mail account. I was able to switch back and forth previously, and I did not receive any warning that I would no longer be able to switch back.

    The New Yahoo Mail is too bright in Light mode and too dark in Dark mode. I used to have my preferred color theme and I no longer can change from purple. It was easier in the old mail to sort emails by sender or subject.

    I am so upset with Yahoo. I may finally move everything to Gmail. This is terrible customer service.

    You have taken away everything that was good about yahoo mail:

    1) Can't open multiple emails in tabs - especially useful if you are trying to respond to one email and need information from a different email

    2) Can't star an email without opening it

    3) Hitting the "x" in the search box doesn't clear the search and take you back to your email.

    Change is fine, but to do it without carrying over features that have been available for years is foolish.

    I am satisfied with my current email. It does everything I need, it is just an email account. Please leave it alone.

    I do not like the new email layout that you recently switched me to!! I did not ask for this, and I want my old email back!! I should be given a choice, not have an unwelcome change forced on me.

    The new format is difficult to read on both the dark and the light. Please allow me to go back to the old format.
