Go back to previous layout
everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

Fire the developer of the 'NEW' format. Bring back the old format. Had this terrible format a few weeks and have hated it from day one!!! I hope a real person reads this. I suppose AI will just toss it!!

Change i back. It looks dreadful and so difficult to notice new emails even if they are bold. Doesn't need all the colour. Why change.

I HATE THIS NEW UPDATE. CHANGE IT BACK OR GIVE US AN OPTION, NOT JUST THIS BLAH: "Those asking about going back to the old version. Unfortunately, if you do not see the "Go Back" button you cannot go back. We really hope you'll try the new experience! Thanks!:, WE DON'T WANT "sorry but you can't go back" WE WANT A SECOND OPTION.

Your new Email layout SUCKS- stop trying to force it on me. I hate the box on the right, it does nothing for me and just wastes space. Bring back the classic format, or at least allow me to easily close the box on the right.

I received the new format Yahoo Mail one morning and tried for several weeks to get on with it but found it difficult to navigate, exceptionally slow and the look and feel was not attractive. Hence after several weeks I contacted you and asked if the old format could be restored and it subsequently was for which I am grateful. Please don't make the new format compulsory but perhaps allow users to opt?

I strongly dislike the new Yahoo Mail desktop design. The previous layout was much simpler and easier to use. The new design feels cluttered and takes up too much screen space, especially with the right-side panel and advertisements.
Please consider bringing back the option to use the Classic/previous Yahoo Mail layout, or at least provide more customization options to make the inbox look like the old version. Users should be given a choice instead of being forced to use the new design.

Being elderly and having vision problems, I need to be able to change the color theme from the default purple. The color purple is widely known as a color to avoid. You need to give people options to change the theme so they can regain visual clarity when using Yahoo Mail. This was something that we could do in the old version of Yahoo Mail, please bring this back. Thank you.

Pls bring back showing all my email accounts on main screen, just like the old Yahoo. Now it's only showing 1 at a time, and I have to bring mouse down to select another account. With the old, all accounts are more within reach at the higher part of the screen and easily reached.

I opened my inbox today and for my surprise there is a giant banner saying that it will change to new layout.
I need to express how unhappy I am with that, as when it was initially enabled by default, I switched back to classic view in purpose.
I was glad the option was there, even with all the "try the new yahoo" banners out there, I was still happy I could choose.
And now, I will be forced into the new Yahoo?
There is a reason I switched back, I prefer the older one, with clear "textbox" names for all mailboxes, simple with not much fluff.
The new one looks like a blatant copy of gmail, and sincerely, lacks character.Sincerely,

Hey, brainiacs at Yahoo! (lol, that exclamation point...), you took away the only things that I kept you for. Why do the open emails not go into tabs? Why do they have to float like disengaged and thus irrelevant bubbles above the email list? Why did you decide to color code the name chiclets? To distract me from actually looking at the email addresses so I don't catch spam as easily and am forced to pull my eye away from the color list to focus on whether or not something is new? You have now gone from something simple and elegant (which maybe is why you hated it???) to some cheap low rent Google-copy trash email design. The Google design is not good - the thing google is good at is aggregating links and surfacing connections to drive search results.... and advertising, or at least they were. You guys are good at sports, finance, and email. But you decided if the one thing that I paid you for was not worth it to you, you would drive me over to use the one of so, so many google email addresses that I have and do not use (because Google is a terrible email handler - you were good). I get that you *have to revolutionize* or *change or die* or whatever nonsense your PMs are telling you, but could you actually get out of the ridiculous bro/tech/savant headspace for one minute and actually understand your consumer? You should take a page from Disney or Coke. They haven't messed with the Coke formula -- oh wait, they did. Remember what happened? No? Look it up. RIP Yahoo(! lol) email.
