give people the option to change it back rather than forcing this terrible change

old version is A LOT BETTER

Can I get the old email back? I am 75 and do not like change. Seems like we have done this before. M kids keep bugging me to use Gmail instead, I have and account but don't use it. Please HELP

new mail still horrible, wish you didn't force it on us. we should be allowed to go back to old version and not be forced to use something we didn't even want just because it's what you want.

This new look/upgrade does nothing for me. I do not know what the "New Yahoo Mail" advantage is over the Old Yahoo Mail. All I can tell is the look has changed. I prefer the "Old" look way better. I am hoping and praying that I can find the "Go Back" button.

I would highly prefer if you brought back the old theme, as it is much more appealing to me as a user. Hoping your kind understanding. Thank you!

Literally, I am ****** about the new update. I have had Yahoo for years and I cannot even read an email. I have adjusted the settings, asked the Chat feature, and looked everywhere. Seriously. This is ridiculous. I just want to read my mail without looking at a tiny scroll box to see the entire email.

I like the style that I've been used to for about 15 years. It was better than the competition hence my choice to stick with Yahoo for so long. I don't see any reason why it should have to change cosmetically in any way. I took one look at the new style, hated it, and chose to go back to the old style. I would like to continue using the old style.

this new interface is unwanted and unnecessary. when I search my inbox the first 2 items are enlarged and the scroll bar is so smashed at the bottom only 2 results are visible at a time. i'm getting ready to switch all my emails to Gmail or AOL. this is the second time you have done this to me and this time I cant make it go away. you are fired.

Choices? What choices? Ever customizable option has been taken away...I feel like I am stuck in a g-mail universe and I cannot escape. Modern? Hardly. Useable? Barely. Hard to read and navigate? Definitely. Not an improvement, but rather the opposite. Less useful, less intuitive, less everything but ugly.

I dont like the new layout at all. i hate this. i m at this point to ready leave yahoo for good. just saying. i want the classic looks back.

You don't even offer background color options; it's either white or dark grey - way to go winners.

how do you roll out something and not allow a go back option.... this is a poor design and layout, need compact options and easier to navigate, why dont you leave things the way they are, update the back end functions and leave the display alone.
