everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    I want to keep the page formate I have now. Every time you change them you make it worse for me.

    new version is not good as older version. why does yahoo keep changing.

    Please keep Yahoo mail just as it is. Everyone I know loves it and few people want it to change. It's great the way it is. I've had it for almost 25 years and it's the best it ever is as it is now. No need to upgrade/change what works.

    How can I keep my original Yahoo Mail just as it is ! It works just fine just as it is. Why ***** it up with dopey bells and whistles?

    I do NOT want to switch to the new email. I have it on my other Yahoo email accounts and
    I don't like it. Why not give people the option? What harm does it do Yahoo to allow us to keep
    the old email?

    I want my old version of my e-mail in-box back. I hate the new version. It stinks!! You should not change it automatically!! You should give people the option of keeping the old or getting the new. Fix it!!!

    The old way looked better and seemed to be a lot less cluttered-looking. At least give the option to change it back if we want to...

    Old inbox is easier to read and let me pick my font type and size.

    All of your updates recently have made Yahoo Mail worse. Stop changing it before you make it unusable!!

    first you ruined the android app. horrible compared to the old one. now you managed to do it with the web-based email. first i was forced to start using an email client to avoid using your app and now i'm forced to start using outlook or thunderbird.
    this new version has limited customization. the navigation tab on the left is just horrible. you cannot rearrange the order. now, i have to keep scrolling down to get to my important folders because garbage/folders i never use are exposed. this new design is just bad. also... in order to select an email to delete you must be 100% precise and click centrally in the little square to select it. if you miss, emails open. with the old version I did not have that issue.
    do you have quality control at yahoo? seriously... you claim you want to make it easier to navigate but you make it worse. Honestly... i do no see anything that i find better in the new version compared to the old one.

    MY EMAIL RANDOMLY SWITCHED TO YOUR YAHOO+ VERSION TODAY - I DID NOT CHOOSE THIS AND I WANT MY VIEW TO RETURN TO WHAT IT HAS BEEN FOR YEARS. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THAT YOU DID THIS TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I dislike almost everything about the new version of yahoo mail, specifically the tabs (I just want all of my email together in one inbox, no separations or filtering for me - I am an intelligent human being and can sort things myself), the layout/lack of color choices, and the AI summaries (again, I am an intelligent human and resent the implication that I can't read and make meaning of my own emails). If there aren't options to keep the layout (single inbox), turn AI summaries off, and have options for the display (specifically not the horrible white version), I'd appreciate giving users lots of advance notice so we can work on finding a new email provider and starting to migrate everything over.

    Whoever is your technical team and came up with this suggestion is dumb. The new look is not user friendly. I'm thinking of switching completely from yahoo to gmail.

    Where is the bare basic mail experience now ? Why is the mailbox now so full of meaningless colors, blank spaces and poor clustering of colors that the contrast between important information pieces (titles from unread messages...) has gone down dramatically ? Purple yahoo icon next to purple inbox icon, next to purple checkboxes on each email, next to a purple circle on some emails, next to sometimes purple contact bubbles... And we are supposed to auto visually sort all that to identified which checkboxes / circles changed or which correspond to which email title ? REALLY ? Anybody at all with a background in visual communication efficiency and visual clarity in Yahoo's dev teams ?
