everything looks the same and it is hard to distinguish between the emails. When I hit a check box the whole column moves and is extremely annoying.
This is the worst email experience that I have ever had.

    seperate lines for new emails. this look all merged. seperate boxes for emails. keep simple. bring the old back

    I have added 7 accounts from Yahoo, Gmail, and Outlook. I was delighted before because each mailbox showed the total unread count, and when clicked, it loaded only that mailbox's emails. In this version, I see a mix of emails from all mailboxes, which is 100% confusing. HORRIBLE

    I have two Yahoo mail mailboxes/accounts, and under the old Yahoo mail view, they appeared at the top left of the folder tree panel. This meant I could see the new mail counter against both mailboxes and click directly on the appropriate one. New Yahoo mail has pushed the accounts to the bottom left and buried multiple mailboxes within the popout, meaning I have lost visibility of the new mail counter at the mailbox level, and now need multiple clicks to achieve what I could do in one click previously. Highly annoying and degraded experience.

    For those of us who accidentally clicked on Try the New Yahoo mail, give us the option to return to Basic Mail --which no longer exists in what I'm stuck with now! I have to use a completely different browser, Firefox, in order to see my Basic Mail, because there is no option for switching back to Basic Mail provided in my regular DuckDuckGo browser. AND trying to access my other email accounts with you is extremely challenging in either browser --unlike before you made the change when it was very simple to do.

    Also tried to create an additional new email account but could not do so because even though they claimed it could be done on a Windows computer, they wanted to communicate using WhatsApp and a QR code on my phone but I have a flip phone not a smart phone, so that would not work for me either.

    The only good thing about the new email is how quickly it deletes spam and trash with the empty button.

    Allow users to choose. Quit being lazy ***** and program options into your email web page. I don't want ad, I don't like the sleek new view. It's cool tweaks or what you call cool tweaks that have wrecked Yahoo. Compact view in yahoo mail classic was the best.

    I HATE THE NEW YAHOO MAIL!!!! I AM NEVER GOING TO LIKE IT!!!! WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME USE IT? I DON'T WANT TO SWITCH TO GMAIL BUT I WILL IF I HAVE TOO!!!!!

    Put back the email addresses that were combined (I had 5 others) under main email acct address. Three of these email accts appear to be lost, as the password I have recorded for 3 of those individual accts says "Incorrect PW" and the change password function does not work because my old phone number is shown and can't update, doesn't take # when trying to update.

    The new mode is absolute glorified garbage. Please give us the option to run Classic Mode. I do not like the new UI at all.
    Besides the ads and the AI embedding, which are both disgraceful, the new UI is trash. The classic mail UI was all I ever needed. All any of us ever needed.

    Please give me the option to switch back to Classic Yahoo mail in my settings. I do not like the new version and should have the option available to me to go back to the Classic setting. Thank you.

    This is the most idiotic excuse for an upgrade imaginable! It is slow, put things in folders I can't find, etc., etc., what a mess. Why can't you do the right thing and switch me back to the Basic version which is fast and reliable. Yahoo will lose customers, I'm going to outlook or gmail, this upgrade doesn't work for me, and you wouldn't switch me back to basic, I don't need this anymore.

    Can you put a link, or a toggle, or a button to switch back to basic mail, or the regular mail? Mail me that link again to go back to basic mail? It's working on Brave Browser, but not on Firefox.

    THIS NEW E MAIL SET UP SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS. I WANT BASIC BACK.
    I WANT TO HAVE THE CONVERSATION COME UP WITH THE NEWEST FIRST, THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.
