Go back to the old format, the new format SUCKS!!!!!!

Some of us have used the old Yahoo! email for decades, and all of a sudden we are forced to use the new one. Please advise on what we can do to fix this and thank you for your time.

why are you forcing us to use something we don't want? we should have the option. if we aren't going to have the option then please remove me from yahoo and i will use gmail or even hotmail. this is a decision that customers should have and not have it forced on us

Switch to the Standard Version of Yahoo Mail
Switch to basic mail

go back to standard mail

Give option for new email or the old standard type where it is simple and less complicated.

I know you said we are unable to go back to basic email- but I really do prefer the layout. I would prefer the option.

I am 79 years old and this format is frustrating me, I want my old view back in yahoo mail. This new view is not working for me. I do not want this new style, my account does not show a button to click to go back to the previous version

pretty simple, stop messing with classic view and give us an option to change back to CLASSIC VIEW

I usually get about 45 emails a day. Now with the new Yahoo, it still says I have about that many in my inbox, but the inbox only shows about 5. What is going on? then I can't read the email in the box below the messages because it's too small. The yahoo we had before was perfect. This one is horrible!

We hate the new look, it is so stupid. Real people that use the internet know rounded edges are dumb. It's a fake ai thinking humans like rounded edges! WE DON'T LIKE rounded edges.

There is too much nonsense in my inbox. I am ready to switch to another provider due to ads and configuration. Why do you think this is good or acceptable? It looks like trash, cluttered and a **** ton of pop-ups. It feels like a scam site. I understand you want to suck every penny out of your customers while generating profits from advertising, but this is not worth my time or effort. Absurdly inefficient and frustrating.

Hate the new look want my basic option back

The entry is "Mail" to get to the 'mailbox' page. Yahoo coders and management have the impression this should be the everything page. I am here for "e-mail" not CRM, Note Management, uninvited solicitations, etc. The allocated screen space is to allow for e-mail management not gratification of Yahoo coders or management. Any enticement to "upgrade" to Yahoo-Plus is removed with the new layout and no ability to remove the new 'FEATURES' which are definitely not in my request list.

I want the old style email back. I do not like this and you should not be able to just change it without options and advance warning. BRING THE OLD EMAIL FORUM BACK.!!!!!!!!

I already wrote to yahoo about needing to switch back to basic mail due to 2009 laptop. A friend stopped over with their laptop and logged into my wifi and I accessed my email with a new computer and it worked, however, I do know know that it is my old laptop that won't support this version of yahoo mail that your switched me to 1 week ago. I need to get back my access to my email so please add the option under settings to be able to switch back to basic mail. Thank you, I need my email back please, I am old and on a fixed income and can not purchase a new computer to access and use my email without it freezing or not loading or being able to be used even after clearing cache, restarting laptop, logging in and out of email. Thank you I hope I get my email back sooner than later.

I loathe hate and despise this new junk layout! It has no pages and is ugly! I NEED distinct pages so I can clear out loads of unnecessary emails. I can't scroll through 200 or even 179 at a time. This new layout is distracting and uncomfortable. Give us back the old classic page numbered email!

This new verison SUCKS!!! It looks bad. It is not helpful in any way. This was NOT an improvement. DOES ANYBODY AT YAHOO EVER SPEAK TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING???? WTF? None of your customers wanted this ****. It is beyond horrible. It looks like a child ate 3 bags of skittles and threw up. Plus there's the functionality of the new interface. This is much less funcitonal than it was 2 weeks ago. It's horribe. I just want some plain text and some boxes that I can click to easily delete. I don't want this technicolor nightmare.
