Bring back the classic version, who ever came up with the new yahoo is stupid moron. the new one downgrade, ruined, destroyed, the format that made yahoo mail the best in the business...now it was the worst ...bacause of a psychopath who got nothing better to do and created bigggest blunder in history of yahoo.
This is what you will hear from millions of yahoo user.

Your redesign is absolutely TERRIBLE on desktop computers. TERRIBLE. A third of the screen goes unused because of a settings toolbar. I have to click and scroll to look at other mail folders. Completely counterintuitive. Why break something that has been working for 20 years?

The viewing email options shown don’t include a way to shrink or hide the top toolbar or bottom Reply/Forward bar. They are taking up too much screen real estate on smaller screens. If the new Yahoo Mail is supposed to be better, this does not make it better. I don't know who designed this UI. Maybe it works for them on huge screens, but this is not a friendly UI. This is one of many reasons the new Yahoo Mail is so frustrating to people like me that perfer the Classic Yahoo Mail UI. It worked; it was not broken.

If I wanted my Yahoo e-mail to look like g-mail, I would switch to g-mail which I might have to do now.

Sorry but the viewing area is just too small. Can't see but a few lines. Images a can't be seen whole. There's a contact card box figure at the bottom info area that takes up huge space for no reason. The Info header is below instead of the traditional above. Contact info disappears when you scroll. It's really bad. You offered a basic email version which had it's own serious defects but did have a large viewing area. I got it...and then you took it away.

Didnt realize it was in categories. WHY would you do that???!!! NEVER just do that, let the person choose to do it!! I missed important emails cuz of that catagory ****! Everything should go to inbox until I choose otherwise. What 20something, no life skills, college educated idiot makes these decisions. UGH............

You keep changing the email, and then we all complain that the new email is awful. You let us put it back last time. Why can't you leave it alone on the free accounts? I can't find anything now. The search function is worthless. I used to be able to click on the little magnifying glass next to a subject or who the email was from and find what I needed. Now hundreds of unrelated emails come up when I put something in the search box. This is so hard to use. I HATE THIS! This is just one of my complaints, but it's a big one. Please let us go back to the old email if we want to. Thank you.

For some reason, the new setup for emails is very sensitive to touch. In composing an email, it automatically reverts to drafts, as I am writing. Then I go into drafts to finish, and the email keeps slipping back into drafts. Is there a way the process can be made more sturdy and less sensitive?

the new look and adds is not great at all and cant go back i am i cient for more then 20 years and really thinking to move to gmail

I'm going to complain at least once a week. The functionality to select emails to delete en masse is completely messed up. You hit select "ALL" and sometimes it selects 100 emails sometimes 200...who knows, it's a crapshoot. And on top of that, it is so tedious to file things in folders now. If you have a folder with a name that starts with the end of the alphabet...Folders used to be auto/smart selected, but now? Well, strap in to do tons and tons of scrolling! Fun! And all of the ads stink, like you need any more money, what a greedy move to force people to jump around ads to view their mail in a mailbox that isn't even close to 100GB. Gave it a chance and it's not good.

I know people have to justify their jobs, but the new version stinks.

It's seperated now like Gmail. I don't want "priority" as the first thing it goes to. I want to at least be able to choose that option of show priority or show all when I first log in. Hate the extra space on the sides of the inbox when it could just be streched to make the mail wider. Hate the almost cartoonish look it has now. Everything about it is a turn off. I might as well connect my different email to Google if I wanted to have the same look as theirs now.

It is TOO large print, even when I minimize the page with Zoom. Everything is either too flipping bright or too **** dark! I cannot stand this new thing you have changed it to WITHOUT my approval! Last time you LET us REVERT back to CLASSIC or BASIC. Not having that option really sucks! Thanks for nothing!!
