hi, how can i go back to the original yahoo classic view that was available a few weeks ago, i hate this new set up

The classic/basic mail interface was better than the new one. If I wanted to use an email interface like Gmail, I would just use Gmail. Yahoo's interface had more contrast and was more visually appealing. Bring back the option to choose which interface we want to use.

Recently you have made changes to your web interface that are horrible. The new interface is ugly and has so many features removed. The previous interface was wonderful. Blocking senders is now impossibly difficult. There used to be a block senders option. This has been removed. It is also not possible to copy an email address to manually add it to the block senders list.

It seems to me that when I user says an email is spam you should automatically forward it to the phishing email addresses in each country. If enough people report an email addess as spam you should stop that email address from being on your servers.

But on top of these horrendous things your email servers have become totally unreliable. I get pop3 timeouts nearly every day now.

It is not clear if this is deliberate on your part to try and get us to move away from using Yahoo.

You seem to want people to upgrade to your paid service but why would anyone do that when you cannot provide stable, reliable servers.

Someone has made a total mess of this service.

Every time you "improve" your email system IT GETS WORSE! I can't list all the things which are WRONG about it, and which are seriously making me consider MOVING TO ANOTHER SYSTEM COMPLETELY (Earthlink's , GMail, etc.).

At a bare minimum if you insist on "improvements" here's one that might make me consider using your system. Previously it was possible to use the "Search" function ONLY FOR THE INBOX. Now it searches All Folders, even though I don't want or need this. That makes the function PRACTICALLY USELESS, so please correct this CRITICAL FLAW, and allow us to choose where the Search will be made.

How can I return to the old version which was better?

I now check my email a small fraction of the time as I used to because I hate your new UI so much. You can check the logs. Please bring back Classic View.

Please provide option for classic view....new view is not pleasant.

I HATE this !!!!!!!! Please please PLEASE allow people to keep the old format rather than simply changing something we pay for and want to keep as is!!

The new layout is just awful & cumbersome. It's hard to read, hard to see what you have starred as a priority, hard to switch between email accounts, easy to click on the wrong thing.. Just really awful and I'm not the only one who thinks so. At least off the ability to go back to classic which was SO much better.

When clicking on my email sometimes it goes to trash then I have to retrieve it , that didn't happen with the old style email!!! I hate this new email, You should at least give a person the chance to go back to the old style!!!

The new layout is horrible. Classic view is better.

This new layout is absolute rubbish. I cannot block any of the spam; instead, they have to be deleted.

Rubbish, Rubbish, rubbish, completely useless.

Good God, all of your updates slow my mail down so much. Keep it simple, don't start off fancy, let users add in the functionality and formatting that will slow down their experience, it is just email. It should be quick, easy to use, no guesswork.

This version is not ready. The tabs are a mess. The spacing is such that the bottom preview pane is useless (why do I need an inch-high header?). I get pop-ups that interrupt my work flow trying to gameify sending an email. My other inboxes are more difficult to manage. I hit buttons--an x to close a tab, "send," -- and nothing happens, then I get a message that the site has crashed. (I'm using an updated version of Firefox). I'm about ready to start using another site--probably Outlook--to manage my Yahoo, even though it doesn't have tabs.

Que lamentable el cambio que hicieron al nuevo yahoo mail. Hace tiempo cuando salió la nueva versión, me cambie, pero me regresé a los 3 días, demasiada lenta la navegación en la nueva versión. Ahora lo hacen a fuerzas, llevo más de 20 minutos que no puedo abrir una carpeta de las que tengo en el buzón, desesperádamente lento, que tristeza que mi correo de más de 25 años, lo tenga que cerrar y dejar morir.

Please restore the classic yahoo mail. This new inbox is terrible to look and and very confusing. It is also not as easy to interact with.

Allow a return to basis email. This new format was attempted before and this iteration is as confusing and difficult to maintain as that version. The original was simple to use and maintain. The biggest problem is that the "All" and Primary overlap. It is better to be able to see 1 Inbox with tabs for Sent, Trash and Spam. The latter can be cleaned out manually or periodically on some type of automatic time period.

In short, what you have imposed sucks!

Can we please go back to the old? There is so much wasted white space - it is incredibly inefficient to read and see mail. I used to work at Yahoo, and have been a loyal user. But I might be tempted to move if you don't let me go back to the old interface.

The new interface is bad bad bad. Who ever approved it should be fired and the old interface reinstated immediately.

Hate the new Yahoo Mail. Why change a good thing. At least give us the option to switch back to classic.
