Right Side Panel (Contacts, Starred, Etc)

There should be a way to remove the contact box on the right. This feature is useful when two windows (one is yahoomail) are displayed side-by-side. During these situations, window real estate is valuable.

    This is pure dead space as I don't use any of these features. Make it collapse-able.

    I don't have need for the "Starred,Contact,Calendar,Settings" side bar.
    Make it an option to remove it to recover screen real estate, or at least have it stay minimized across page reloads.
    Settings should be next to the Profile icon anyway.

    Please add an option to remove the right hand side panel, so that we can see our emails easier on the whole screen instead of half a screen - thanks

    In my email Inbox, I have the folders on the left and the email preview window in the middle.
    There is an unused field on the right of the screen. I cannot see how to eliminate this unused field and don't have a use for it.
    Can you please let me have a view with just the folders down the left and the preview window taking up the rest of the screen?

    Get rid of far right panel to complete enlarge inbox. Selection of email to delete is a pain ********** since it opens email you want to mark a spam or scam! This is the worst layout of Yahoo mail in the history of Yahoo!

    The new webmail interface when in list view presents a blank "preview pane" on the right of the page that cannot be minimized or reduced even when preview is turned off. The pane just sits there taking up space completely blank. PLEASE fix this, I beg you. For people that use webmail for managing their email, the central pane is extremely important and needs more space to see the message list. The "preview pane" is currently wasting valuable real estate. Thank you.

    Having a third window pane on the right makes the view message screen smaller. How do I turn off this window? If now removed make this an option as a drop down feature when selected.

    I can't read a whole email in the email square on the mail plus screen. If the star/contact box was able to be removed, the email box could be bigger and I would not have to scroll right to see full line of email.

    Not to mention the fact that More ONLY leads to discontinued notes feature warnings. If it has to be persistent, make it smaller. Better, make it pop down to a smaller icon to give me more room for my actual email.

    The right bar space is useless and distracting. Please let me close or hide it.

    I am disappointed to hear that there is no option to permanently disable the right column. Yahoo should consider adding such an option, as this column is totally useless to me, and no doubt to numerous other users as well, and it makes the experience of using my inbox more difficult. Having to get rid of the right column each time I refresh or login again is really annoying.

    Another annoying feature of the new Yahoo Mail is these constant pop-ups about “progress.” if I were a sufficiently bothered by any lack of “progress“ I would do something about it myself. I cannot imagine why anyone thought this was a good idea.

    I need to remove the right hand panel. Its not needed and I dont want to use binoculars to read mails. I went back to basic to remove it and it wont and now I cant even go to new layout. This is horrible

    The email pre-read shows if the layout is selected below, not right. It is not as user friendly for simple email management. The layout that shows on the right is wasted space that just has contacts, calndar (that leaves the email page completely, and star) - keep this elsewhere and use this space for pre-reads instead of just below. This manages the screen real estate better I think. I find this email so bad, I am wondering why I am paying monthly and I can just go to outlook and I get all of these and more for free.

    This column is not of use to me. It makes viewing the email in the preview box incredibly hard. Is there a way to remove this box or at least minimize it?

    Decrease size of other features, especially annoying advertisement section. its frustrating that only a portion of mail is visible and you have move the bar to view the other half of the mail piece!

    Or I just kill this mail bog and take google one. Ont not possible to use it anymore on 14'' screen!!!!!

    I use this for mails. The pane on the right with Agenda and favorites is really useless to me and it takes away capacity to read eamils
