Your new email design is so painful. why change the user interface. i use this for work. to start. in your dark mode the unread and read is almost identical. there are no lines separating emails between days. youve doubled the size of the advertising on right hand side. you have moved the mailbox to the bottom befreo it was was visible on top and showed how many emails were unread. you ve moved the star to the right to make it less visible. youve hiddne the folders. you have done a terrible job with this new email. has…

Give a sort by sender option
With this new update (which I HATE by the way), you took away the ability to sort by sender. PLEASE bring this back. I am about ready to quit yahoo mail and switch to google.

inbox is too crowded, need more space between emails, do NOT like or need the side panel. Prefer my folders and email list only.
The inbox is too hard to read, each line is very crowded together and it is also hard to discern between unread and read emails. Need more spacing between each line for clarity and easier to read.
The side panel that you can not minimize or close also adds to the congestion of the main page.

Need to add "mark all emails as read"
The right click choice on "inbox" folder tab to "mark all emails as read" needs to be returned to the window. Don't want to have to scroll down the list and select emails to mark as read.
Also, there is no checkbox at the top of the "inbox" list of emails to be able to "select all".

Marking an email "AD"
By marking an email with "AD" in the selection box we can no longer delete or move that email to the spam folder, it just opens the website for the ad now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yahoo setting the inbox as 'Priority' instead of 'All'
What a dumb idea.
How does Yahoo know what is a priority for me or not??
Why does Yahoo make more work for me to have to continuously every single time I go to my mail press the 'All' button??

Email content in list
On the older Yahoomail you could set it so that you cannot see the content of the email within your inbox. You would only see the sender and the subject. The new version does not have this option. I prefer this style for many reasons. Seeing the content of one mail while working on something else is a distraction for me. Also, sometimes I don't want to immediately see the content of an email - for example, if I am attending to person things and get a work related mail. Filters
Please change the filter option back to the way it was before the new yahoo mail update. Before we could choose to filter in the menu bar. Now we have to enter the sender name, enter the sender email, etc. It is so cumbersome & time consuming, I am considering switching to a new email service b/c this is no longer conveniet to use. Please consider changing back to the way it was before.

Not receiving emails
i am not receiving emails in my inbox. I am not able to connect with Yahoo either. it is very difficult to manage this and customers are in a helpless situation when they have issues with yahoo email

Turn off distracting and useless features such as "add to schedule."
"Add to schedule" pop up shows over some emails -- it makes it hard to open them and there is no way to turn off that kind of nonsense. Please remove these annoying features or make them optional -- they simply get in the way.

What happened to automatically categorized emails?
I'm trying to understand what you changed, but with a recent update, now every email that I receive hits my "Primary" in box rather than auto-sorting to social, newsletter, etc. PLEASE, how do I get them to revert to the way it was? Thanks.

Why are you making me change? I need to see my mailboxes, not the folders
I want my mailboxes and number of unread messages in each mailbox seen, it is most important. I do not use different folders, why is folders taking up all the space, I dont use folders. Now I will have to find a different inbox viewer to see my 10 mailboxes and stop paying for yahoo PLUS
