Shaded emails when they are unread
It is EXTREMELY hard to quickly tell between read and unread emails. Is there any way you can add a theme or feature with a different color or different shading between read and unread emails? It would be much easier to quickly see them.

Include the option to add color to the email; it would be more attractive.

Put it back or at least make read items faint
This looks like a horrible phone app. I hate it. At least dim or make faint the mail already read.
I used to be a paid user, stopped paying when you updated and ignored feedback, and you seem to be doing that again. And why do you not have MAIL as one of the options here??

please make it more visually customizable on desktop (or I will abandon my account)
aside from Light and Dark, please add more color schemes. also provide an option for angular boxes instead of rounded ones. i will leave Yahoo if this isn't solved soon; i need it to look good.

Different colour rows between Read and Unread emails
The new Yahoo! Mail theming has put every email under the same row colour (grey - dark theme), regardless of being read or unread. This makes it extremely difficult to distinguish what emails remain unread. Please revert this back as per the original format, otherwise I will be forced to look at other email providers as it is now very difficult to use.

column widths
Need the ability to widen the header sections. For example, I want the Sender to be wider so I can see the full name and to make the email subject line to be less wide.

The new Yahoo email I have been forced into is not what I want at all
Not only do I resent the patronizing note about change being good, Yahoo has continually changed what isn't broken, ruined the customizable home page, removed the ability to block Spam senders in the new email and now I also get these annoying pop ups with silly animations and no way to block them as far as I can tell. I have stayed with Yahoo for over 20 years, and recently only because I didn't want to have to change my default email with vendors, but Yahoo has shown little regard for what users actually want. I imagine I'll be leaving…

using yahoo email on a 17" screen
I have a 17" laptop and was very happy with yahoo classic email.
With the new look, yahoo is using more whitespace, bigger fonts, huge buttons, etc etc... so my 17" screen now feels like a 13".I understand the industry thinks all users are getting dumber and dumber and can't cope with anything not looking like a kids toy with big bright buttons.... but come on.... surely you are better then that ?
Or is this the latest push to make users dump yahoo and go elsewhere?

remove the view streak
treating viewing your email like logging into a mobile game to try and force engagement numbers is wrong on so many levels it isn't even funny. the behavior is slimy and dirty and forces addiction and everyone involved in approving this decision should be punished.

Reduce padding
There is so much wasted screen space in the new UI. Either give the user more control about how the screen is laid out or reduce the padding between elements. So little of the actual email content is displayed on the screen.

Better readability
hi guys, appreciate the 'free' product and am obviously partial to the old UI.
I get we're not going back to classic mode but can you create something that enhances readability/processing, call it an accessibility feature etc, because this larger/bloated font and ui is really grating, it's not something to just 'get used to'...it's a step backwards for visual engagement and productivity.
I already switched to compact mode and lowered the zoom on my browser to 90% but it's still poor. I hope you consider adding simple visual enhancements that improve engagement with your product.

Too much space between areas
I cant find how to switch the dark - back to light in email. Also you have too much space between the email list and the actual email in the center - it is frustrating to read and use. You need to fix the formatting

It is AWFUL!! It is really hard to navigate and not intuitive at all. The color scheme is ******* the eyes
Nothing is where it was, it is all upside down, and I hate it. I will be moving out of this email platform shortly. It is no longer the easy way to see everything at once. You ruined it.

Readability Decline
We need some kind of background other than blinding white or too dark. CHOOSE your picture or solid color ALWAYS worked and you took it away. I despise the "new look" stop changing things randomly. did you really get enough complaints about the backgrounds as they WERE to warrant changing it to far less choices? for extra personalization you could allow choose your text color, font, size, and adjust contrast your mailbox page.

Przywróćcie wcześniejszy wygląd.
Nie podoba mi się nowy interface. Przywróćcie wcześniejszy, do którego jestem przyzwyczajony. Unowocześnianie na siłę jest do dupy. Wierzę w karmę.

Allow the user to have the option to select which interface they want to use
I have dyslexia and cannot use the new interface Yahoo Mail has impelemneted. I have been using Yahoo Mail for at least 20 years now and I can't use the new interface because of my dislyexia. Yahoo should allow its customers/users the option to use whichever interface they want. Please let me use the old version

col tema scuro non si distinguono i messaggi nuovi da quelli già letti
Si posso avere altri temi o anche altri sfondi colorati anche omogeni.
Comunque mi trovavo meglio prima, perché insistete con questa nuova versione?72nd ranked
