Freedom of speech?
To have a prominent journalist from Yahoo News on Twitter calling for the removal of other credentialed journalists from the Twitter platform is unconscionable. I'm on the left and think this is incredibly inappropriate coming from a journalist at an allegedly non-partisan outlet. Even if you don't agree that de-platforming is a 1st amendment violation (debatable), it absolutely casts your network in a bad light to have your journalists calling for the banning of other journalists from social media, the modern-day public square. I'd have a serious moment of self-reflection about the values at this outlet and a conversation with…

We need a room for comments on every aspects of live socially and
politically. For example: 11 senators are going to turn down the election result//these people are going back to the third world!!! They
undermine our democracy system that is being a model for the other countries in the world//please stop it unconditionally.384th ranked -
Coming up on 5 and a half months. Is commenting going to be re-enabled on news articles about the country's events or is it gone for good?
I guess that people of different persuasions not being able to have dialogue with each other on here is a "safe" solution but I wouldn't call this a community....

Tyler Perry has donated $100,000 to the legal defense fund of Kenneth Walker, Walker’s girlfriend, Breonna Taylor, was fatally shot by plainclothes police officers in her Louisville, **. apartment on March 13. What they are not telling you is that Breonna and her boyfriend were selling drugs. Her boy friend had a second girlfriend who also sold drugs with him. He is caught on jail house phone calls telling his girlfriend that he only trusts Breonna to hold his money (drug) at her house the same house that officers did the search warrant on. When officer hit the house they…

Turn off comments during Covid-19 Crisis to stop the spread of dangerous misinformation
There is a lot of dangerous misinformation being spread through the comments about Covid. Much of it contradicts WHO, Mayo Clinic, USSG's Office, etc. Just shut off the comments, at least under health related news items.

How about making the comments and responses section available...
Every other news or feature site has a comments and response section available to readers at the end of the article...can't seem to access one on Yahoo News...

Stop spreading panic news.
Dylan Stableford and Lauren Tuck need to just stop. The political bias is just too much...I love yahoo...but I'm about to delete it from my favorites because of this blue side panic driven goal of getting trump out. It's been 4 years...get over it...vote in a new guy if you can...if you can't..live with it. Everybody else is.

Your coronovirus map is horribly out of date. It says it was updated this morning, but you're off by over 1,000 US cases and nine deaths.

CoVid19 is not the Bubonic Plague so why the Pandemic
The CDC recommends that Senior Citizens stock up on food and other non-food supplies and hunker down at home if possible! Here is the issue with that Senior Citizens only receive monthly Social Security checks and they don't always fall at the beginning of the month. I and my husband are Senior Citizens his check comes the 3rd Wednesday of the month...mine arrives on the 4th Wednesday each month. We do not have a car any longer it broke down just before Halloween in 2019, we rely on our neighbors for transportation which we are happy to help them with…

New format is forcing users away
I'll be switching to a new source of years after over a decade reading it on yahoo. I have dealt with many format changes but this one is the worst of many bad ideas that have hindered the user experience over the years.
- No longer a way to see a list of top stories. Instead you get 4-5 stories under each category, forcing you to check each category individually rather than a ready list of top stories from each being presented.
- New design is not for readers. The new design is a picture book of huge pictures and (sometimes misleading)…
