Commissioners need to be able to adjust scoring for specific out of system rules.
Commissioners should be able to adjust scoring for rules the league has that yahoo cannot incorporate into their site. For example, we have a 28 max starts per week. If you go over that, you automaticlly lose the week 10-0. Because I cannot adjust the scoring, I now have to keep the standings manually.
