Playoffs - Edit matchups for every round.

This feature would allow commissioners to edit the matchups for every round of the playoffs. Currently, only the first round of the playoffs can be changed.

    It would be great to have an option to have all playoff runner-up matchups occur in the final week of the postseason.

    For example, in my league 6 teams make the playoffs, which occur weeks 15-17. By default the 5th place game occurs in week 16, however, I'd prefer for it to occur in week 17 (the same week as the 1st and 3rd place games). In this scenario, the teams meeting in the 5th place game wouldn't have a match-up in week 16.

    This would keep all owners better engaged through the final week. As a dynasty league, there's a tendency for owners already done by week 16 to dump their teams for prospects in week 17. Having to always play in week 17 for standing/payout would help to mitigate this risk.

    I would like to be able to custom edit my playoff matchups, in League "TSFL (ID# 124674)", in a way the current Commish Tools doesn't currently allow. I would like to be able to set the matchups to what I want in Weeks 15, 16 & 17. Is that possible????

    Also, Yahoo Support, should respond to whether helpdesk questions are received, being processed, being resolved, etc. This is painful, trying to get in touch with Yahoo HelpDesk

    I want to customize our playoff schedule.

    Week 15
    game 1 -> 1 vs 2 ( winner will proceed t0 final week and will play championship game)
    Game 2 -> 3 vs 4
    game 3 -> 5 vs 6

    Week 16
    game 1 (loser of week 15 game 1 vs Winner of Week 15 Game 2
    game 2 (loser of week 15 Game 2 vs Winner of week 15 Game 3

    Week 17
    (Winner of week 15 1 vs 2) vs (winner of week 16 game 1)
    (loser of week 16 game 2) vs (winner of week 16 game 2)

    For last few seasons players who are finishing at top with 11 or 12 wins are not winning championship game and players who are finishing at 5 or 6th positions with 7 wins are winning championship game. We feel this is unfair and the above format will ensure top 2 will get 2 chances at playing championship game and players who finish at 5th/6th position will play always for 3rd position.

    allow commissioner to reset ALL playoff weeks (in order to match individual league formats)

    Allow commissioner to reseed playoff bracket in each round of the playoffs. My league allows the highest seed to choose their opponent from the remaining playoff teams in both round one and two. Currently, seeding is locked after round one.

    Have there be an option that when you do not have divisions, have the top 5 teams automatically make the playoffs, and the 6th seed be the next highest point total of the season. I know there is the option to edit matchups for the first round, but this would be a quick edit then to that programming.

    My LORD! People have been screaming for this change since 2016 on this thread and Yahoo hasn't done a thing? WTF is wrong with Yahoo? This is an easy fix for them. A-holes.

    In our league the 1 & 2 seeds have week 15 byes while 3 plays 6 and 4 plays 5. Our rules allow the #1 seed to select his opponent from the winners in week 15. It's the big benefit of having "won" the regular season.

    But stupid yahoo only allows you to edit the seedings before the playoff starts and freezes everything once it does. Probably the dumbest thing Yahoo has ever done. Commish needs to be able to edit matchups for EVERY round in private leagues. Jeez, how stupid is yahoo?

    Once again we are PLEADING for you all to get this done. It’s not a hard fix and it is something that makes things 10x easier for commissioners. Don’t let yet another season go by without getting this done.

    I am strongly in support of this and want it implemented next year. This is a huge miss by Yahoo and may make us move off of Yahoo this year.

    My League also wants to reseed the consolation bracket. We use it to determine first overall pick next year. Right now we have to manually keep track of it and its quite annoying.
