Playoffs - Two week playoff matchups.
This feature would allow commissioners to implement 2 week long playoff matchups for their league. For example, in a 4 team playoff, the first round of the playoffs would run for weeks 14 and 15 and then the Championship would be weeks 16 and 17. Currently, this feature is not available to commissioners.

Great Idea.....Our league wants this format now or certainly by 2020.
Simple to implement. Have regular season run as Head-To-Head. Then playoffs run structured Roto-style. Commissioner designates number of teams eligible for playoffs week 14, 15, 16. We have a 12 team league. Playoffs eligibility for top 6 then 4, then 2 for championship seems perfect. Yahoo....Get 'er done.... -

4 week playoff. 4 teams. 1 plays 4 and 2 plays 3. Highest cumulative score from the semi finals moves onto the super bowl. The Super Bowl is two weeks and the highest cumulative score wins

I agree it should at least be offered as an option for the championship game weeks 16 and 17. As i believe it give a better representation of the better team. NOT having this option is the reason I will probably bring my league to another fantasy site

Allow for each round of the playoffs to be 2 weeks long. We have a 12 week regular season, with 4 teams making the playoffs. #1 vs #4 and #2 vs #3 seed plays in week 13 and 14, with the combined score determining the winners. The winners move on to the championship game in Weeks 15-16 and the combined score for those 2 weeks determines the champ.
ESPN and NFL.com both allow for this. Please add multi-week playoff rounds.

100% agree with this - let me be able to have the 1st seed bye, and the remaining 5 teams fight for the top 3 spots in round 2.

YES!! I would switch to yahoo in an instant if they had this option. We use weeks 13-14 for the first round matchup and 15-16 for the championship game. Please add this!

2 week championship for fantasy football, either start playoffs a weel earlier and have championship week 15 and 16 or week 16 and 17

Please create an option for the commissioner to personally customize their leagues playoff format. For my league, I want the option of implementing a 10 team playoff field for my 12 team league. I could designate Week 13 to be my "Wild Card" week and have 7th place vs 10th place and 8th place vs 9th place. Two Division winners are awarded the top two seeds along with having Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth place all bye to the Quarterfinals. Week 13 wild card winners advance to the Week 14 Quarterfinals having the 7th place vs 10th place winner advance to play the 2nd seed and 8th place vs 9th place winner advancing to play the 1st seed. 4th place plays 5th place and 3rd place plays 6th place. Week 15 is our Semi-Final round and Week 16 is the Championship. Its 2019. Yahoo! has to have the budget and programmers that could create more advanced playoff options for Yahoo! Fantasy Football.

We would like to bring our league to yahoo, but need this playoff setup as an option. Each playoff round lasting 2 weeks and you add each teams points up to determine the winner.
We use Weeks 13-14 for the semi-finals and Weeks 15-16 for the finals. It really adds to the drama as each round lasts longer and give a better chance for the best team to advance.

Need the ability to be able to customize the playoff FORMAT beyond the number of teams and reseeding. I.E. The ability to have multi-week playoff matchups (semis head-to-head matchup for both week 13 and 14 then championship is weeks 15 and 16) or even the ability in a 6 team playoff structure for the top 4 high scores for the first week advance to the semis then the top 2 scores in the semis advance to the championship. Really any additional customization ability in the playoffs would be GREAT. Thanks.

A league is H2H or points, it cannot be both.

YES Please do this! AGREE 100%. The playoffs should be total points based. The cumulative scoring winner for the two playoff weeks combined should be the Champion.

In our league we would like to keep head to head during the regular season but make it a two week playoff based on points alone. This will eliminate a team being penalized for having a bad fist round of the payoffs. Also eliminating a scenario where one team makes it to the Super Bowl winning 80-72 vs the other game finishing 156-142. Its not fair that a team who scores 142 gets eliminated and a team that scores 82 advances to the Super Bowl. Can this be done now with the Reseeding Option or do you have to go to Points instead of head to head for the whole season?

Please allow leagues to have the option of having a 2 wk final (wk16 and wk17). Preferably a scenario in which it is a 12 team league with 6 playoff teams, top 2 get a bye and playoffs starting in wk 14. For our league, we would prefer a wk16 and wk17 finals because we believe it brings relevance to week 17. By forcing the championship general managers to scramble for players to fill their roster that have players resting on week 17 in preparation for real time playoffs, this may represent aspects of skilled general manager maneuverings in less than ideal situations. This eliminates the "luckiness" aspect of a one of wk16 win. I know this line of thinking isn't for all but just allows us the option to have a 2 wk championship in a 6 team playoff with a week 14 playoff start.

Agreed! This is so important to have as an OPTION.
We play H2H for 20+ weeks and then top seeds are eliminated after one poor week in the playoffs. It needs to be longer!
It could very easily be programmed as an option!
