Injury Designation - Don't automatically change injury designations.
Player injury designations 'reset' every Tuesday morning and players that have IR eligible designations (except IR designations) and are in an IR slot sometimes lose their IR eligible status until the team officially rules them OUT again.
This change will prevent the player's IR eligible status from changing until the player gets a limited or full practice in.

Why take a hurt player of "Out" status when you know he will be out at end of week. having this happen to a player on my IR list affects my waiver process. I have to remove said player from my IR list, and drop another player from my roster to make room. If I don't do this I can not pick up another player from FA. Why? Either stop the block on waiving and adding players while a "questionable" player is still on IR, that we know will be out at weeks end. Or at least change the IR abilities to include questionable players as well. Doing this will allow us to still be able to be active with other players on FA wire. Ex.'s I can mention are L. Fournette; D.Cook; M. Mack; A. Jeffery.

I 100% agree with this comment. Further to that, we cannot use our IR spots properly because a player goes from "Out" to "Questionable" before he is actually confirmed to be able to play again, and your lineup wire transactions are frozen until you move them back to your bench (even though they are still "Out").

Stop listing players as questionable with in game injury. When the player is taken "out" and does not return, the player is not questionable. Out should be status until weekly practice update. When you are out and do not return, you are out and not questionable. This would allow management of the player by IR roster, add, and drop.

Evan Engram the TE for the Giants is available in my league. Supposed to be out for 2-4 weeks. Should I pick him up and go thru this scenario of being blocked from waiver claims for the next 4 weeks? I'm willing to wait and I'm weak at tight end but I really don't want to go thru this anymore. Eveybody is picking up players but I can't because of a player on my team that can't even play.

4 weeks in a row I'm blocked from making waiver claims. Isn't the fact that Jeffery doesn't play every week evidence enough that this is unfair? You've got some guy over at Rotoworld making random judgements about who's going to play based on newspaper reports or something. His judgements are WRONG obviously. And I was told it was Rotoworld by one of your employees via an email complaint I made about this.

I spent a draft pick on Alshon Jeffery who has not played yet thru week 3 and every week I am blocked from making waiver claims because his status changes from OUT to QUESTIONABLE. (Then back to OUT on Friday or Saturday) I would have to drop two players to make a waiver claim. (one to take him of IR and another one to make a claim) It's not right. 3 weeks now he hasn't played and 3 weeks I've been penalized for drafting him. Why can't a player like Jeffery remain marked OUT until the team says he is definitely going to play? Who does that hurt? Because drafting him is definitely hurting me right now. It's unfair. I went thru this same thing last year with Jordan Reed of Washington for several weeks in a row.

As currently implemented, a player who is listed as "OUT" may be placed in the IR slot. When the new week starts, all player status notations are erased until the NFL updates on Wednesday(?). As a result, a player who is "out" for consecutive weeks blocks the owning player from participating in the waiver wire /FA pool. The "out" status should remain until that status is changed by the NFL. Anyone who had Greg Olsen this year will understand.
Wed - place Olsen on IR, pick someone up via FA.
Tuesday - cut someone, move Olsen back to active roster, now make waiver claims.
Wed - place back on IR because there was no way he was going to play anyway. He should have been listed as "Out" continuously until it changed to "Doubtful"
