Waivers should rank adds and drops
Allow fantasy managers to rank their waiver additions and rank their waiver drops. This way if the first waiver request is not awarded but the second waiver request is awarded then the first drop is dropped. Currently in this scenario you lose your second drop and retain the player you most wanted to drop.
