I am writing to express my frustration with my recent experience attempting to verify my account. Unfortunately, the process has been both disappointing and time-consuming.
I attempted to verify my account only once, yet I was informed that I had tried multiple times. This is simply inaccurate. On top of that, I was sent broken links and told that “your engineers are working on it,” which left me without a real solution. As a result, my access was restricted, my league was canceled, and I lost valuable time.
What bothers me most is the amount of time wasted—over two hours—trying to fix the issue or find workarounds, with no resolution provided by Yahoo. The lack of working support links and incorrect information about my verification attempts caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
I expect better support from Yahoo, and I ask that this issue be reviewed and addressed properly to prevent others from going through the same experience. I also request that you restore my league or provide a meaningful resolution for the access I lost due to no fault of my own.
