The new change that blocks a team from making a trade offer when they have an ineligible player in an IR spot should be a league and commissioner setting, not set by the platform. This has frustrated many in my league this year. Blocking a team from FA adds or waivers with ineligible IR spots makes sense, but when teams make good moves to get through injuries and are forced to drop players without the opportunity to trade them should be managed by the league rules not the platform. This would be a great commissioner tool option rather than a platform controlled change.
