Don't run the clock for auto-drafters
If someone has opted into auto-draft, instead of running the full clock for that person, their player draft should occur immediately to avoid slowing down the draft for everyone else. Given players have the opportunity to preset their draft rankings, that is opportunity enough to order your players as needed if you are not going to join live. At the very least, the commissioner should be able to implement this as a setting.
