Under your Help, regarding passwords, you recommend having an antivirus.
You should make note of the exception for those using Linux based systems. They're pretty much hack-proof systems after all. Even trying to find an antivirus for those systems are pretty much like finding a needle in a haystack. Stating that people should have an antivirus may make new users to Linux waste a lot of time trying to find one when it's not needed, if they keep their systems up to date.

HELP! My small business account has been hijacked by Verizon. (One of the worst companies to do business with) HELP!
I need my Yahoo Small business site. Verizon is one of the worst companies on the planet to do business with. I can't even get someone on the phone that speaks english well enough for me to understand them and I don't seem to be able to find a way to communicate with Yahoo. PLEASE HELP!

Allow your customers to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money
Allow your customers to be able to talk to an agent about basic questions without having to pay any money for simple questions and then the customer can be directed on what to do next. Then if its something that needs to be paid for the agent can advise on how and what needs to me done!!

Why not actually "help"? Is that asking too much?
I wrote to Customer Care about my comments being routinely rejected, regardless of their content. I get an email that said "It would definitely be ideal, considering the elements you have provided us, that you follow these steps:"..., really? I did what I should do, I reported a problem, and I got instructions on 'what I should do'. Really?
