  4. Please fix the help page related to Mailboxes. It is wrong

    Please fix the Help page related to Mailboxes.
    It says that Mailboxes can be deleted, BUT THEY CAN'T.

    Please simply remove the section "Delete your extra email address."

    It's no longer possible to create an extra email address. If you delete your existing extra email address, you won't be able to create another one.

    Click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon. | Click More Settings Image of the More icon..
    Click Mailboxes.
    Besides "Email alias," click the Expand icon Calendar options icon.
    Click your extra email address.
    Click Remove alias.

  6. how to fix frequently blocking log in despite using same 2 computers and mobile to log in for years

    My log in is constantly being blocked for an hour I use two different computers to sign in daily one at my work location and one at home plus use my mobile device how can we stop this from happening this has been going on for a few months now and causes serious delays for work and urgent personal matters

  7. Fix your openweb comment filter, it's broken.

    Nearly every comment I make gets removed by your automated system without recourse including this one in response to another users comment asking why someone would request a mental aptitude test, and I quote "Or - because someone challenges your mental aptitude or ability..." How is this comment offensive or in violation of community standards? Yet nearly everything I post anymore is automatically removed - feel like I'm being targeted here.

  10. Fix the MyYahoo home page. The homepage today has now moved about 5 spaces to the left. It cuts off the first word of the left side.

    The entire homepage has shifted about 4 spaces to the left, cutting off the first word of the left side with all my news sites. I can't move it back. The shift arrows are there on the right but don't move anything.

    It's no longer possible to get help from Yahoo without paying for it. Looking for free help on Yahoo is just a big run around. All you will find are ads for their new paid support service. Yahoo wil not let me enable data sharing which is my right under California law, and I have found no way to complain about this on any Yahoo web page. What has happened to Yahoo?

  16. Acknowledge that some errors are Yahoo's, not user error, and recover my emails

    Give more than 7 days lee-way for recovering disappeared items, and accept on the request form that it's not always a user-error.

    I now have zero confidence in Yahoo's ability to maintain my e-mail securely and effectively.

  17. IMAP server settings for Yahoo Mail missing critical bit of information.

    Your help message for setting the IMAP server settings, for an email client to access Yahoo Mail, does not include information on the type of authentication to use. I guessed OAuth but that isn't working for me. Please include more information about how to authenticate with your email servers!

    There not being an email to message for support issues is an atrocious way to conduct business. Then having to pay for phone support??? The yahoo support is awful, with only broad choices to choose from. It does not allow us to type out a message to actually say what is going on so instead I sit here and wonder if it’s time to discontinue my use of yahoo mail if this is how we are treated.
