  1. Lack of support/mail help

    There not being an email to message for support issues is an atrocious way to conduct business. Then having to pay for phone support??? The yahoo support is awful, with only broad choices to choose from. It does not allow us to type out a message to actually say what is going on so instead I sit here and wonder if it’s time to discontinue my use of yahoo mail if this is how we are treated.     Your "help sites" are devoid of actual help. I am trying to find out why Yahoo deletes all of my comments when they relate directly to the article and are not offensive in any manner. Your company refuses to answer.

  4. Actually provide help/information

    I've been unable to find out why Yahoo deletes all of my comments when they relate directly to the article and are not offensive. Help site is no help, emailing corporate sites has provided no help and repeated inquiries of customer service is no help. They hide behind claiming response on Facebook or Twitter. I DO NOT USE TWITTER OR FACEBOOK! Use the email address you have for me. Or admit gross incompetence or just don't care about customer satisfaction.

  5. Not make us pay for **** if we need to recover our site

    I forgot my password to my account so I called customer care cuz that's what they said and they said I had to pay $12.99 to be able to have them help me set up a new recovery email because I didn't have my old phone or my old email it's been maybe 6 years since I've used the email I only needed to get into my Facebook this is ********

    I’m very disappointed on how yahoo is handling people accounts who has locked out because of forgotten password. They are making it extremely hard I have had my account for over 12 + years and they are not helping at all. All of my important information is link to this account and they just shown how they don’t care. My email mz_harp@yahoo.com is extremely important to me and I and can’t get anyone at the customer service to help your NEW verification system sucks really bad I will never be another yahoo account again !

  10. Why are ALL my comments rejected?

    I haven't been able to comment on anything for well over a year. I can post "the sky is blue" and it will be rejected. I am polite, and don't use profanity. If I posted something in the past that was unacceptable, tell me what it is. I have not received any notice that I am banned from posting FOREVER or even for a day!

    There is no explaination about why it is not possible to create a yahoo.co.uk email address.
    If it is possible, there is no way to find the instructions within the help pages.

    How do I set up a yahoo.co.uk email address? The default is yahoo.com but I want yahoo.co.uk.
    I cant find anything in the FAQ or help section on this at all.
