Bring back the classic view option or you're gonna lose yet another user.

This change is akin to Coco-Cola making the utterly disastrous decision to stop marketing its classic Coke formula. As in that instance, many of your users are also livid about this decision. I used the classic version for over 25 years and truly loved it. It was easy to read and use and, most especially, it allowed me to review my portfolio daily at a mere glance. Among many other problems, this new version has no total in bold font in the upper margin, which on many days is all I want to see. The columns and rows of the new version look more like a dense Excel spreadsheet than the easy-to-read classic version.
I gather the reason for the change is to entice more users to purchase your premium version which does not allow the user to convert back to the classic format. So, in my view, removing the option to convert back to the classic version appears to be just a marketing ploy. I hope you are aware of the immense reputational damage you have already experienced and will continue to encounter with this gimmick.
I am now looking for another investment tracking portfolio similar to your classic version. On the other hand, if you bring back the option to switch back, I would glady pay for it.

Another flaw with the new Baisc My Portfolios: In holdings->Transactions, the ability to enter notes is gone. All the notes I entered in Classic My Portfolios is missing! That was important info

I the new format is virtually unuseable! I had a screen full of intormation previously. Now, if I want to check something that used to be easily viewed I have to scroll down to access the bar to scan to the right, then scroll back up to see the column headings. Then to look at my next item I have reverse the process. This is NOT progress! If I can't get back to the Classic View I'm going to have to re-enter all my data into Google Sheets or something similar. If I have to go through that much trouble, I definietly won't come back to Yahoo! Finance ever.

Go back to Classic. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Just Google "How to revert back to Classic Yahoo Finance" and you will get tons of pages and comments that thousands of people don't want this new set up. It's way too busy. Classic was concise and to the point with market charts, news, and my holdings just one click away with easy access.

Dear Yahoo Team. As a long term user, the choice for me is binary: old layout stays, I stay.

Did someone sit down and say how can we make yahoo finance as horrible and useless as possible? If that was the goal you succeeded. Bring back the old layout the "new" but not improved one is garbage

Why have you deleted the "Go back to Classic" link? Absolutely unacceptable to force users this way!!!
1. In the Chart page the bar data (OHLC,V) is far less conveniently readable in the new view! It was much easier to read when it was in a box panel.
2. Another problem is that while in the "Classic" charts version the crosshair showed the Close value of each bar, in the new version the crosshair is independent of the selected bar, it shows price data of its appropriate position. :( Maybe this behavior could be changed in the chart's settings?
3. On the Historical Data page why have you blocked to select/copy the data! Why??? Strange idea... :( -

The new format is unfortuantely not an improvement, but the opposite. Really crazy to see how companies dev teams break bullet proven things, just for the sake of changing things. The new version is really not good.

as many people raised concern again and again, your new charts are trash...your new chart cannot even put the right number onto the right bar...for instance, you put december bar on november on monthly chart...why cant you just stay with the classic one that everything works well?

This new format stinks. I have to go all the way to the bottom of the page to scroll side to side and then try to go back up and find the stock I was looking at. You put a block of indexes over on the right of the creen that takes up a quarter of the whole page. Don't know why you can't leave things alone.
