  2. Unable to delete original password recovery email

    The original password recovery email does NOT have an icon to edit or delete it, and so there is no way to remove it, even if you no longer have access to that email address. This is unacceptable, because my original password recovery email address was on Excite, and Excite is closing down in a week, so of course I'll have no further access to that account.

  3. I live in Russia and can't receive any help

    I have a problem with email and I can't get any help because I live in Russia and there is no yahoo plus subscription available. I am ready to pay because I like yahoo mail service, but I can't!
    I have a problem receiving emails from at least one company. This company is important to my work. All of the emails from this company went into my Spam folders for some reason, but now I haven't received any emails in Spam since May 2021. I checked the filters, checked the list of blocked email addresses, and they were all blank.…

  5. Blocked password recovery email

    I am not receiving a password recovery email and none of the help links are actually helpful. My account has never been deactivated, I never moved the email address to spam and it is not there, I have the email address in my contacts. And I have no way of saying to allow that domain.

  7. HELP!!!!! Why am I getting my Yahoo page based in Brazil when my settings are US????

    For the past week when I sign on I get routed to the Brazil page of Yahoo. My settings are English/US. The only way I can get to English/US is to manually enter www.yahoo.com/us WHY??

    What is the difference between Y!Mail+ and Yahoo!Mail Pro, including cost and features? I currently have Yahoo!Mail Pro, but see an upgrade button for Y!Mail+.

    How about an "edit " command for a contact? If it's there where? Yahoo is and never has been really friendly!

  12. Free email forwarding

    Dear Yahoo,
    Thank you for the 3-4 days notice that you will be cancelling the "free forwarding my yahoo emails to another provider".
    I am an educator, doing remotely learning with our students and also juggling remote learning with my own elementary child.
    I am in no way completely reliant on forwarding my emails for work and personal.
    I am also not overwhelmed at all for the 2020/2021 school year and sometimes break down with sheer exhaustion.

  14. please help me get my account back

    I can't get into my account need to deactivated something link to it I am being bullied on there please help me. I don't have phone number anymore I need help soon as possible to change my password on there so I deactivated on the site I'm being bullied on. I had to login my side account just cry out for help.

    Getting unwanted emails or spam is frustrating. While most of spam emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.

    When this happens, it’s very important to mark the email as Spam, then our system will learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.   16. Hyperlinks inside emails

    Hyperlinks inside emails are not accessible. This is just a recent problem and I haven’t been able to solve it. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Mais depuis lors une fois je reçois un message je remarque que l'heure de réception est d'environ 7 heures d'écart.
