  2. Unwanted emails

    My idea is, for several weeks I have been unable to have my emails daily to stop. They ask if I want on line paper. I do not. Your local reps were NO help! Art Olstad.
    I do receive a daily newspaper.

  3. Problem in Yahoo mail

    when I compose the email on yahoo on the computer I dont get the suggestions for the links of addresses used earlier. I was earlier getting the suggested link but it has stopped about 1 month back.
    Can you help me.

  4. By providing the service that you state carry over to all devices.

    I purchased the Yahoo+ that is supposed to carry over to all devices and it does not. I have deleted the app on my iphone and reinstalled and it still shows ads and asked me to upgrade to yahoo+ so after free trial I will cancel the service.

    The box to remain signed in should be UNCHECKED by default. Many people do NOT stay signed in and sign in every time. Those who wish to stay signed in can check that box ONCE, then not worry about. It needs to be UNCHECKED by default.

    I WANT TO REDUCE 2-STEP VERIFICATION TO 1 STEP, I AM NOT ABLE TO DO IT, OR TO FIND HOW TO RESET TO 1 STEP VERIFICATION, PLS HELP!!!!

  10. Can't access account info, just redirects back to login page

    I need to access account info to get an app password set up, but it keeps directing back to the login page and never gets to the account info page. This is critical for me for my Quickbooks account

  13. I am getting lots of advertisement emails due to which I had skipped reading important emails which has penalised a good sum to me.

    you keep stopping me from signing in using a fake security ruse. Well, my old account for email verification is closed now. So now i don't have any way to verify.

  19. Why must I wait one hour to log in?

    I been told to wait one hour to log into my Yahoo email on my desktop. I checked my Yahoo mail earlier on my phone! This one hour wait just started last week. I no longer can check my Yahoo email on my phone, and check it later on my computer without waiting an hour to login. This "feature" started last week. A new definition of "convenience!" C'mon, Yahoo--change whatever you did back to the way it was! At least let us know what you have done so we can adjust. And tell your customer service staff what has happened…

  20. Log in requires alternate email to receive code

    I was away from home and using a VPN, logging in to mail required additional authentication. No problem, but now that I am home, it still requires signing in to another email to access Yahoo Mail. From the same home computer for 7 years. So, if I have to use ANOTHER email anyway, I guess I might as well ONLY use that and stop with YahooMail. Any HELP now requires a PAID subscription...so, it is a Financial decision to force users away from free email. Terrible business model. Guess Gmail may get a visit from a new customer.
