    The "Send" button on Yahoo Email often does not appear on Chrome and similar web browsers such as Brave. I'd like to be able to send mail from my web browser, but I have to first resize the window (from either full-screen or not) in order to have a chance at seeing the blue "Send" button. It's a really good idea to allow users to normally send mail from the most popular browser. But this has been broken for a few months.

    If, after composing the email you are not clicking o Send, the email will be saved as draft.

  10. Filter does not work, for "@wrymhoy.tequiero.me"

    I created a filter to try to send all emails containing @wrymhoy.tequiero.me to Trash. Yet every day I get some of these in my Inbox and some in Spam. NOTE: when I created the filter, sending these emails to "Spam" was NOT an option. Has your filter thingy been hacked?

    If your filter contains several criteria, it might not be effective (the email will need to meet all the criteria for the filter to work). We recommend creating several filters, each containing one criteria, e.g. filter for subject, for body of the email.

  11. Attachement Issues - virus (Recieved emails from Yahoo in the past regarding this)

    I have a problem with my account and believe this is due to a virus. I have tried to report this through your 'help' section but I'm unable too. No-one to report it to only a list of trouble shooting ideas for common problems. I need this malware removed - I am unable to view previously sent attachements ect.

    Yahoo takes curiosity seriously, we scan each attachment. We do recommend you exercise caution when opening and viewing attachments. We also recommend getting an anti-virus and scanning the computer or laptop.

    Hello there. If you are using an email client such as Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Mail, please check its settings. We don’t manage how the IMAP client handles these messages.

  13. merging with another company dont leave your users without their email theyve used for years

    This is ridiculous. Why can a person not use their lap top to access email? I obviously haven't tried this in awhile but everytime I attempt to log in, I am rerouted to ATT? I do not use ATT. I understand you merged but why would you not make it possible to login using any electronics using a yahoo email account? This is not only a complete inconvenience but a completely unnecessary one unless you are just wanting your users to move to a completely different company.     Please try going to mail.yahoo.com from a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox.

    In order to do that please tap on your profile picture in the Yahoo Mail App > Settings > Security.

  16. Delete key on my keyboard no longer works reliably to delete messages

    Yahoo Mail used to let me delete messages from my inbox by hitting the delete key on my keyboard, rather than clicking on Yahoo's delete button. Recently this has stopped working all the time. Sometimes it still works when I hit delete once, sometimes it works if I hit delete multiple times, and sometimes it doesn't work no matter how many times I hit delete. Can you please restore the previous functionality? Having to click on Yahoo's "delete" button is more cumbersome than just hitting the delete button on my keyboard.

    The issue should be fixed. If you’ve verified that your account is working outside of the app and you’ve checked the other possible solutions, then there’s something wrong with the app you’re using. The app manufacturer may have additional troubleshooting steps to try. Alternatively, you can use a different third-party email app.

  18. every time i turn on my computer and open up my yahoo mail, the old version is back and i have to manually switch it to the newest version..

    Make it so the new version of email stays whenever i open it up so i dont have to manually have to do it every time.

    Do not delete accounts that are still in use,even if they haven't been used for years.
    My account was deleted,now i can't sign in on any platform it was used for.

    Hello there.

    Depending on your account’s history, it’s possible for it to be removed from Yahoo and become inaccessible. You can always sign up for a new Yahoo Account, but keep in mind that your old Yahoo ID won’t be available for you to use. These actions can result in an account being deleted:

    You requested that your account be deleted.
    You haven’t signed into your account within the last 12 months.
    Your account was used in a way that violates our Terms of Service.
