I hate to complain, but I agree with most of the complaints above. Using my laptop makes yahoo emails nearly useless. Using smart phone is a little better. Using HP desktop ok...I've found email address in contacts for people I do not know.

Where is my Contact list??? I would like to find it so I can delete names that I have no idea who they are or where they come from. Some of my contacts that I have had for years are coming up wrong. I have 3 versions of a contact that came up when I went to compose an e-mail and only one is right. Where did the others come from????? WHAT ARE YOU DOING???

Give us a button to click on to add new contacts!!!! Give us a button to click on to find our contact list! AND quit showing suggestions of people/addresses that I 'might' be wanting to send an email to, that I don't even know!!!! I am guessing they came off the address list of someone who I correspond with???? This means my private email address is going out to who knows what weirdo.

I used to be able to click on a contact name in a message and save it. I can't do that anymore. Why do you continue to take away functions that were useful?

yes, exactly what I just posted.....

The link provided in other replies talks about adding a new contact. I can do that easily enough but I don't see why I should have to type in all of the information when it is already in the received email!

A lot of people are complaining about this, some like me have pro accounts. Is anyone going to fix this problem?

Keep getting in a loop and never find what I want or how to correct.

Yahoo should hire an expert on graphical user interface and fire their entire team of wanna-be programmers! Geez, third-world Djibouti websites are more intuitive and user friendly. It's probably cheaper to take a course in Ghana or Somalia than keep trying you guys at Yahoo. With every iteration things get worse. If Yahoo mail was the only option, snail mail would be the glory of the future.

I'm not able to open an email and create a new contact from the sender. I also click on the contact icon and it takes me out of the beta version back to the old version. Upon going back to the older version many of my contacts aren't in the list, they've disappeared...please make it easier to receive an email, save it as a new contact and add the icons back to the left of the page. It's not intuitive to have all the navigation on the left but then have to search for a small icon on the right hand side.
