Very poor font choice
Very poor font choice.
1. Does not support latin extended. Those characters are shown with a substitute font
2. Difficult to read - the thin font
3. The new messages are shown with thin characters and read ones with bold characters. I find this strange
4. No control over fonts in themes and background.
Hi there,
You may have noticed that we have made some subtle improvements to font sizes, thickness and contrast overall.
Also, please see the following help article on changing the default font style and size when writing mail.

Thanks,

Inbox font size needs to be adjustable. I can not read who sent the e-mail or the subject line. I have changed the spacing but this does not help me read it any easier. The only thing that kind of works is changing how big I view the whole page by ctrl &+, but that isn't working well for me because I only want the words in the inbox bigger and not everything on the page.

Why can't you just choose a permanent font colour? Even after updates the colour just defaults back to black so it has to be changed for every mail composed.
I am not mad on the new format but cannot see an option to go back to what I was using.

I just tried to change the font so it would be more readable, but Yahoo has minimised the entire set-up so I can hardly read who has sent me anything, let alone reply to them. This is hopeless - Yahoo need to make it easy to choose the font size for both receiving and writing emails and it should be black not pale grey.

Font size is too small and I know all these other people aren't 75 years old like me.

I'd like to change the font to a bolder, more readable one but can't find any font change button. I'd also love to modify the background to the inbox as the white glare is uncomfortable.

font size set on small with no ability to increase. unless I highlight font in each email every time and change. really! you guys can't have a simple global font size change that saves the update.
I am looking at other email clients and will update as soon as I figure it out. all I need is the yahoo address. -

Font in e-mail listing is very difficult for eyes. I am switching back to the old version as soon as I find the way.
