How can we improve New Mail?

    Please indicate when there are items in the Spam folder.

    put the qty of items in the folder back, I liked things better the old way.
    Put things back like they were....

    Put the number counts back in the "In Box", Spam, and Trash folders, etc.

    Yes, it's annoying to think you have no Spam and then find out you really have 60 to search thru for real mail.

    Show the number of undeleted messages in the spam folder (as on the inbox). It was a helpful hint to check and delete them before a few days passed and there are hundreds built up.

    Same problem, I won't look if you don't tell me there is SPAM in the folder.

    Spam box not showing number of massages in the box so you can not empty the box on regular intervals.

    I cannot refresh just the inbox folder. I have to refresh the entire page.
    The number of mails in SPAM folder is not shown anymore.

    I support this complaint - I thought for ages that my spam folder was empty - only to find it had loads of stuff in it some of which wasn't spam which nearly caused me a problem. If the system can count unread messages in all the other folders why not the Spam one??

    his new version has MANY flaws. You are not notified if anything has gone into the junk/spam folder. Many emails are being missed !!!!!!!!!

    I totally agree with you!! I always forget to check it without that little number showing & it may mean that I have some emails that are not spam!
